This Moab townhome is conveniently located 10 minutes south of downtown, with several adventures nearby including; Arches National Park, the famous Slick Rock bike and ATV trails, and Moab Golf Club. Drive 30-45 minutes and enjoy Canyonlands National Park or the beautiful La Sal Mountains. Ride ATVs, hike, or mountain bike through the beautiful, white-capped mountain range.



This 3-bedroom Moab vacation rental townhome offers 3 full bathrooms and sleeps 7 total. The three master suites make it an ideal vacation retreat for 2 families. Enjoy the main floor master suite with private access to the back patio. The upstairs master has and wonderful bathroom and private balcony that offers great views of Moab Rim. The property was clean and everything we needed was in the kitchen and parking was good. The only thing is there were batteries missing in the remotes of the TV and would’ve been nice to have instructions on how to actually use the TV. The backyard grass was wild, but the barbecue grill worked Overall we had a great day.

Great place for a family

This was a great place for the 4 of us for 4 days. It was clean and only a few minutes to downtown Moab. The only confusing part is the directions on checkout that are left at the condo vs the ones sent to us. They differed in quite a few areas bur all minor. The communications with the host were great as well.

Motel 6 of VRBO

Our family’s third annual Thanksgiving trip to Moab. We chose this property as it was a little closer to town than where we have previously stayed. We wont’t make this mistake again… You need home maintenance skill’s if you plan on staying here. Numerous light bulbs were burnt out, including the patio light so don’t plan on grilling if it’s dark out. Don’t even try to use the garbage disposal or it will leak until you take the kitchen drain apart and clean it. Luckily, there is a large tub already under the sink for this exact purpose. Watch out for the shower door in the master bath…it likes to fall off while you are showering. The ceiling in the master bedroom is atrocious. Heavily water damaged that needs professional repair. However, the sound of the roaring highway will lull to sleep. Don’t bother trying to watch TV…there is no Dish subscription OR batteries in the remotes. Bring PLENTY of ant spray….the kitchen is heavily infested with ants. Bring your own trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper…there is a verrrrry limited supply. If you are thinking of bringing to trailer with toys, parking is horrible!! If you can tolerate these things….enjoy your stay!

Desert Wind Condo

Nice roomy condo that comfortably suited 3 couples. There were a couple of problems with torn sheets and unlockable back doors. The management company was responsive and took care of the issues.

Disappointed

Beds were horrible, no blinds on bedroom patio door and it was way too sunny too early, no dish cloths for the kitchen, no drain covers for the kitchen sink, requested new batteries for TV remote three times - no response, pillow cover for bed had blood stain, no directions for operating cable and TV, carpets were very stained

Friends Trip

We traveled with 2 other couples. The unit was nice but could have used a little extra TLC. The bathroom light fixture was full of dead bugs. Not all the bedrooms had TV’s in them. The back door was really hard to lock. When we go there is was unlocked. Once we got it to lock we just didn’t use it the rest of the trip. One of the upstairs bedrooms had a broken blind on the door so we had to use a towel on the window. We were given 2 wash clothes for 6 people. The location was good.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Townhome was nice. However neither door to access patio could be opened due to locks being broken. Therefore we could not grill out or enjoy sitting out on patio as advertised. Upper king bedroom bathroom shower door needed repairing in order to close, downstairs king bedroom- remotes needed batteries, living room patio door definitely needs blinds as the sun is very bright coming in. These are things that should always be checked and taken care of after each checkout. Very disappointing that it didn’t meet all the advertised amenities- specifically the patio access.

Amazing rental house in Moab

This house provided all the comforts of home for our family of 4 (all adults). There are three bedrooms (each with its own bathroom en suite). The kitchen was updated and the family room was comfortable.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My group consisted of three couples visiting several National Parks. The location of the condo was good, on the south end of town. Getting into town was easy, and we enjoyed eating BBQ at the Blu Pig. The Moab Brewery was a great stop after a day at Arches.The property was as described. Having a private bathroom for each couple was great. The beds were comfortable, and climate control was good. However we had several issues with the place. First, the grill was filthy, as was the grill brush. My husband killed a cockroach in our first 30 min there (though we saw no more in the next 3 days). The seating in the living room was worn and not comfortable. The Wi-Fi is SLOW. Other VRBOs I’ve stayed in had more basic supplies- pepper as well as salt, cooking oil, foil, though the number of pods for the dishwasher and laundry was ample. On our last day, the garage door ceased going all of the way up, and one of us smacked her head on it.To be fair, I did not report these issues while we were at the house; we just worked around them. When I had difficulty getting in the front door when we arrived, Stephanie answered the phone immediately and fixed our problem, so I was happy with that service.

Nice townhome!

Unit had a couple of items not working correctly. The door handle did not work on bedroom patio door, and the couch would not recline on one end. One bedroom upstairs did not have a T.V.

Rare 3 master Condo

The condo was clean and included everything we needed during our stay. The garage had plenty of room for our 2 lifted Jeeps and the the driveway held 2 additional vehicles. There are 2 spots for 2 trailers to park on a first come basis. There is an additional lot for guest parking at the end of the complex. Upon arrival our door code did not work and management corrected that while I was on the phone with them. It only took a few minutes to change the code and enter the rental. **Tip: to lock the back door and bed room doors just lift up on the handle. We love Moab and we would stay here again! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Property great, a few management notes

The residence was everything we expected, the check-in information was unclear. A door access code was provided that was nothing, did not access garage or front door. The door lockbox code was actually for a keypad, no lockbox anywhere and no key provided anywhere, which was fine once we understood the keypad code was the only door access. A garage opener was on the kitchen counter and that was our primary access, so we had a smooth stay once we understood the instructions provided were misleading. No wash clothes in any bathrooms seemed like an odd feature. We were there for the hiking.....that was fabulous.

Everything was as advertised and we had a great stay, wish the weather was a little better but we still were able to see all the parks. Cooked almost every meal there and never needed anything else to prepare our food. Great townhouse!

nice getaway place to stay for couples

This is a nice property because each bedroom has a private bath. The kitchen is well stocked and a great place to share a meal. We took food and only ate in town a couple of times. It is on the outskirts of Moab.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As frequent visitors to Moab we were glad we found this alternative to staying in a hotel. The house is large and well-equipped with pretty much everything you need, although strangely there were no hand towels and only the minimum bath towels. It was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. The only slightly irksome thing worth mentioning was that the beds are very creaky.
