PROPERTY SPECIFIC DETAILS:

* The South Beach Marina Pool is open seasonally from June through August. Please note that pool access is not included with your stay. Guests who wish to use the pool must purchase a pass directly from South Beach Pool at least a week in advance to their stay. For current rates and details, please visit their official website.
* Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $17. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.
* Please be advised that there is ongoing construction at South Beach Marina for the foreseeable future. Some shops remain open, including The Salty Dog.
*1653 Bluff Villa is located in Building 6, 1st Floor, Stairwell A. Please Note: There are exterior steps in all Bluff Villa buildings to access ALL floors including first floor villas.

Great spot that we enjoyed. Only complaint is that the TV in the living area needs to be on a pivot mount so it can be adjusted to face the seating area.

Love Hilton Head and love this property

The property had lots of what you want in a vacation spot: proximity to eateries and a beach, clean and orderly, and outdoor space to lounge. I’d definitely rent this location again!

Perfect location for quiet getaway

Check in process and getting parking pass was simple, and everything was as advertised no surprises whatsoever, loved how quiet and secluded location was unlike Coligny Beach which is where you want to go if you want chaos and crowded beach. Super clean place, with even a guest bag and a nice welcome card. Wonderful place to stay would love to return again!

We loved our stay at this condo! It’s easily walkable to both the Atlantic Ocean waves and the Calibogue Sound. We loved watching the dolphins swim by! The condo was quiet and the area peaceful. The condo had everything we needed. My only complaint was the bed. It was too firm, and I slept on the sofa instead several nights, as a result, but that’s really personal preference.

Perfect Getaway!

We had the perfect week hanging out on the beach with the dolphins, biking, walking, fishing, horseback riding, taking the ferry to Daufuskie! We will be back. Best location we have been to in Sea Pines!

Nice Getaway

Very nice condo, perfect for couple (a little crowded maybe for 4 adults). Easy access to local beaches and bike trails and the South Beach Marina shops/eateries. Loved it !

Fabulous Week!

The condo is fabulous, even better in person! Extremely clean and very well stocked! Great location. We have been coming to HH for 35 years, this is probably one of my favorite places we have stayed. Great for a couple or a single person. We will definitely be staying there again next year!

Great Location!

The villa was as advertised. We felt very comfortable staying here. Short bike ride to beach #16 in the morning and a very short walk to South Beach in the evening to watch the sunset. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and pickleball courts. Villa was very clean. We would stay here again!

Bamboo has taken over the beach area

The beach and water was nasty. They need to clean up all the bamboo, it has taken over the beach area. We could not go out on the beach at high tide for all the bugs in the bamboo.

States its a first floor unit. It is technically. Seven steps up to landing, then four steps down to hall. 70 year old me did not enjoy those 11 brick steps.

The condo is beautifully appointed decorated with a real beach feel. The gourmet kitchen has everything you could need to make delicious meals. The patio is so pretty with the beautiful magnolia tree and azaleas to enjoy while sitting on a comfortable and colourful patio set. The beach is a short walk across the street as well as South Beach Marina next door with great restaurants and small shops to explore Perfect spot to relax and make great memories!!!

The community of Sea Pines is gorgeous and offers wonderful walking and cycling paths. Host2coast could not have been better in terms of overall communications, responsiveness to our questions and in quickly resolving one minor issue. Very pleasant to deal with.
