The unique stairway with its rustic demeanor will catch your attention. The first floor has an open floor plan with a fully furnished kitchen including a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, and coffeemaker. The master bedroom, bathroom, and an additional bathroom/laundry room (washer & dryer are full-sized) are also located on the first floor. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a full bathroom. The second floor has a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and an open sitting room. The sitting room includes a futon which can sleep 2. We also offer a queen-sized sofa bed in the downstairs living room. Linens are provided but we need to know if you plan to use the sofa bed and futon to have that ready for you. This description is for a single duplex. If you have a larger party, consider renting both units for a party of up to 16 people. Please let us know if you need parking space for your boat.

A stay at our cabin will provide you and your family with unforgettable memories of a fun time at Greers Ferry Lake. Put your boat in Greers Ferry Lake at Devils Fork Park about 3 miles away or rent one at one of the local marinas. Golf at one of several local golf courses. Fairfield Bay, just minutes away, has 90 miles of trails that ATV/UTV riders love. Trout fishing on The Little Red River or White River is 35 to 50 minutes away. You can even hire a fishing guide for the lake or rivers. If you're up for a scenic drive, Mountain View is only 45 minutes away. They offer shopping, craft classes, and music in the square on Saturday evenings in the summer. Blanchard Springs and the Blanchard Springs Caverns are great locations to explore just past Mountain View. Hiking is abundant in the nearby parks and the Ozark National Forest. The Buffalo River, known for great canoeing, kayaking, and fishing is only a 1 1/2 hour drive. We offer special deals if you stay a week or longer so you can enjoy all these activities.

This unit (#2) is NOT pet-friendly. Free high-speed internet and Wi-Fi are provided. We use Roku for our TV streaming. We now have boat parking at the bottom of the hill. Check out our other listings. #1 is located next door. When both units are rented we can accommodate 16 people.
