Luxurious 4BR Urban Oasis Sleeps 12 Pets OK Private Backyard & 2 Car Garage

Welcome to your home away from home in the heart of the North Shore. This luxury home has an open living layout and 4 levels of living space (4 Bedrooms 2.5 baths), a balcony with stunning views, a large backyard, a finished basement and a 2 car garage.

We are PET FRIENDLY, however there is a $99 Pet Fee (per pet) and must be well trained

-This home is in the heart of Historic Deutschtown Pittsburgh
-2200 sqft of open living space and plenty of natural light
-4 levels including finished basement
-4 Bedrooms/ 2.5 Baths
-Bedroom layout: Master King bedroom on the top 3rd floor, a Queen Bedroom and a 2 Double Bedroom on 2nd floor, a Queen Bedroom on the basement level (The basement bedroom is a divided out private space with a Queen Bed. It does not have traditional walls but still feels very private.)

-Master Bedroom (50 inch Smart TV) with a King Bed en suite over sized Bathroom
-Bathrooms: Half bath in the 1st floor living room area, Full bath on 2nd floor, Full Bath on 3rd floor
-Living room with a 65 inch Smart TV (Netflix, Youtube, Disney Plus, etc) and a long 86" FUTON STYLE SOFA BED comfortable to sleep on
-Finished basement with a FUTON STYLE SOFA BED, 65 Inch Smart TV and extra table/seating
-Enjoy Downtown City views from Balcony
-Central Air Conditioning and Heating
- Spacious kitchen counter with comfy counter stools
-Full Kitchen with all the cookware, tools, dishes and silverware
-Keurig Coffee machine (Kpods included)
-Super Fast Internet Wifi- great for video calls
-Washer/dryer (detergent included)
-Outdoor space: private backyard
-Two Car Garage with remote access
-Walk Score: 87 - very walkable!

The final price will depend on the total amount of guests staying with us. Any groups above 5 will incur an additional guest fee per guest.

We had a great time and the place was clean and very easy to get to. The directions were spot on even with the construction going on. Very quite and amazing view at the top for sunset pictures.

Back yard was really cute, I wish it wasn't raining the whole time or there was more area covered to get out of the rain. Kitchen and living room area were fantastic. Lots of pots, pans, and other utensils. Main bedroom and bathroom were fantastic. The rain shower was super nice. Over just a fantastic place to stay.

Safe and convenient location. A couple of blocks from a big park we were able to walk our dog to daily. Had fun family time on the back patio. Plus we were very close to PNC Park - although we could walk, we opted for a Lyft which wasn’t expensive and very easy. For those of us that could walk to the third floor, the balcony view of the skyline was amazing - especially at night! Highly recommend!

A group of 9 of us stayed and we fit perfectly fine. There were enough beds (including the basement couch) that were large enough to fit everyone. The place is really nice and the 2-car garage came in clutch.Despite being able to house a decent sized group of people, only 4 cars can park at this location. 2 cars can fit in the garage, and the host can acquire 2 parking passes for the street. The street can get a little crowded but parking was always available so I wouldn’t let that deter you from staying here. We just had to play musical cars a few times which wasn’t a big deal.I recommend staying here. It’s such a cute house and very close to the city!

We loved the house and neigborhood! The garage was great for storing our bikes, we enjoyed the cornhole game and the grill. Easy walk to PNC and the Northside Music Festival was a bonus! Andres was a great host, def recommend this spot!!

It was a very nice home and had a good stay. We really appreciated the two car garage and the backyard was nice, especially with two dogs. Overall, the property owner communicated well with the exception of a neighbor telling us he had access to the garage to put the garbage out and we had to move our vehicles. We were a little uncomfortable with a stranger having access to the garage with our vehicles and the lack of communication that someone would be approaching us about trash removal. The neighbor did say that we could park our cars overnight outside on his property so he could access the trash containers. We settled with keeping our cars in the garage, but moving the containers to the rear of our vehicles so he could get direct access to them. Communication should’ve been better about this matter. In addition, we were informed that a contractor would be coming to work on the garage on the last morning that we were there and that they needed access to the garage prior to (8:30am) us leaving before the 11am deadline. I appreciate the fact that the property owner did say that we had permission to park our cars outside next-door in the grassy, stony area, so we could stay until 11 AM. While we chose to leave early on our own accord, I believe every effort should be made to not schedule work while guest have booked the home. We reserved the home several months in advance, so I believe this could’ve been avoid it. Otherwise, I would’ve given it five stars.

Overnight stay

Went for an overnight stay to see a concert at PPG arena. The place is beautiful. Exactly as pictured. The host responded quickly to all questions. Everything that we needed for our stay was there and I felt comfortable that it was all clean. Things like towels and shampoo. Beds were made with clean sheets. There are some rules like taking your shoes off when you enter but I felt this was only to keep everything nice. The only downside if there is one, is the drive to the property. There are a lot of homeless but I never felt unsafe in the home. .

In Pittsburgh for Monday Night Football.

Loved the location. It was close to everything. The home was immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. I took away one star because a few appliances weren’t working which caused a minor inconvenience. All in all we were very happy with the accommodations and would definitely stay again.

Pittsburgh stay October 10-14, 2024

The property was as pictured Nice fenced in yard and loved access to a garage The property was clean and had all the amenities you could want with some nice extras !! One thing that would be nice would be to have a hand mixer in the kitchen, but other wise fully equipped Kitchen Unfortunately the dish washer was new and was defective which we didn’t know till got there Would have liked to know before went would have brought more disposable paper products , but it all worked out . Good communication with host and was very responsive . Excellent view from the third floor The space was perfect for the six of us and our Yorkie. Easy access to all amenities in the area. Would definitely recommend you will not be disappointed.
