Bienvenido a 301W, una unidad de esquina de 3 dormitorios / 2 baños con fantásticas vistas del Golfo, con vista a la piscina West Tower y al complejo de piscinas Center Tower desde el dormitorio principal, la sala de estar y el gran balcón envolvente. La increíble vista y la cómoda decoración del "hogar lejos del hogar" hacen de este condominio del tercer piso de 1,675 pies cuadrados el favorito de los inquilinos.

Ampliamente remodelado en 2017, el condominio ahora presenta molduras de techo, pisos de tablones de lujo en todo (¡sin alfombra!), muebles nuevos, colchones nuevos. La cocina completamente equipada incluye nuevos gabinetes de madera maciza con encimeras de granito y grifería de aceite frotado en todas partes, todos los electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable (refrigerador nuevo de lado a lado, microondas nuevo, lavaplatos nuevo y área de lavandería con lavadora y secadora grandes). Great views and property

Great views of the beach and pool close to the walkway and all of the amenities. Not all units have covered parking but this one dead we walked down the beach past other properties and this one had by far the chillest people and not overcrowded. Would gladly come here again.

Excellent beautiful property

This condo was awesome; very updated beautiful furniture and comfortable beds. We were on a girls trip and felt very safe there and everywhere we went. The balcony was great-great place to take pictures-just a boardwalk over to the beautiful beach. The pools and grounds were beautiful and well maintained. This unit looked out to the beach and the pool on the side balcony. I highly recommend this unit and will be back😁

We loved the updated decor and it was very clean overall. It has a quick & easy access to the pool area and beach. In the past, we've stayed at other complexes that required you to walk through long hallways etc. to access the elevator/stairs, which can be a pain especially when you have young kids. That was not the case here! We hope to stay here again in the future!

Amazing

This Condo is amazing! I give it a 10 star! Highly recommend to everyone! Above and beyond our expectations. The pictures are amazing, which is why we rented it. Once we arrived it was more amazing and breathtaking than the pictures. We had 3 days of double red flags on the beach and 3 days of red/purple flags, due to the weather. So glad we had an awesome condo to spend quality family time together playing games and bonding and amazing pools. Awesome family experience. Wonderful memories for us that we will treasure for ever. Thank You to the owners for sharing their magical home.

Annual Summer at Seachase

I’ve stayed at Seachase with my Family and we’ve met other people now friends here and we all come back every year. I was told you’ve started renting to people for 3 nights which I believe brings in lower standards of people

We went for Spring Break with a group of friends/seniors who rented other units; ours was the best decorated, most modern and just beautiful. 5 stars for sure. The only negative is that there are really only the basics provided. You’ll be spending some money on TP, hand soap, paper towel, garbage bags etc., but there’s a Walmart right across the street and in easy walking distance. The beaches were beautiful, palm trees all lit up at night for a resort-like experience. Would definitely be back and rent this unit. Unit is exactly as described and pictured.

Too many repairs needed

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent 3 days trying to get things fixed during our stay that were never fixed.. Every repairman that came up could not fix anything except one (who was the second person sent up to condo) who finally fixed the tv. Ice maker NEVER worked the whole trip. Hot water faucet in the master bathroom sink would not even turn on. Main patio door was so hard to slide that we had to go through the master bedroom to access the patio. No blankets were available for the condo. No bedding was provided for the pullout couch. Condo was an 8 person condo, only had 6 bath towels. One of the bunk beds had dirty sheets, and stains on the mattress cover, which are probable never changed.. GROSS.... We had to wash sheets and mattress cover when we arrived. NO INTERNET SERVICE!!!! If you need internet on your trip, this IS NOT the place to stay! On the positive, it has a great view.
