Beautiful custom home with pool, spa and putting green in gated community! Billiards room for the whole family to enjoy. Large private dinning room. Very large master bedroom suite with jetted tub and shower in master bath. Separate Casita with King bed, living room, Kitchenette and bathroom. Outdoor private courtyard seating area. Outdoor dining and lounge area by pool. Outdoor BBQ island by pool. 2 car garage for renter's use. Large Great room with power recliner couches. All bedrooms and great room have large flat screen smart televisions with over 200 channels and movie channels to choose from. Kitchen has large island with 6 bar stools and 4 person dining table. All high-end Decor and Subzero kitchen appliances. Laundry room has washer and dryer.

Can’t Wait to Go Back

I stayed in this house for 45 days. It was outstanding. Most well equipped VRBO I’ve ever stayed at. Perfect setup for a long stay with multiple people coming in and out. I can’t wait to go back.

Peaceful!

Spectacular stay at a well equipped home! Perfect location to hiking trails and close enough for some good meals. Pool was amazing. Communication with house host was great. We will be back!

A Spectacular Golf Vacation

This is a beautiful home that has everything you could possibly think of to make your stay comfortable. From the first communication/email to the owner Matt, top-notch, Chris and Cathy the concierge were amazing, meeting us at the home to not only give us a tour but a walk through and show us how everything in the home worked. Next level service A++. 5 bedrooms all en-suites with comfy beds and linens. Kitchen complete with all the tools needed to prepare and serve great meals. Pool table for the nightly tournament, then a dip in the pool and a soak in the spa. The backyard is beyond beautiful, the gated neighborhood was quiet and made for great morning walks. We were a group of 4 couples (8) all golfers and enjoyed the local courses. I highly recommend renting this vacation home. Thank you, Rochelle

You won’t be disappointed!!!

This is a must stay place and location. It’s hard to know where to start so I’ll start with the host. Matt and his service team are awesome! It’s apparent they’ve traveled and stayed at many places to know how to setup and stock this place. Our group couldn’t stop commenting on how many necessities were there and in great abundance! Paper products, cleaning products, tools, utensils, etc. Just know other than the food you want no need to bring anything! The accommodations are so comfortable and the neighborhood is so quiet. Such beautiful scenery and the backyard resort is phenomenal. We wish we could stay longer and are so grateful to of had the opportunity. So thank you Matt! We hope to do this again!

Quiet neighborhood, luxury accommodations, great management communication

This home could not get a higher recommendation from us— we use VRBO regularly for our travels and this was by far one of the best experiences we have had from pre booking questions and booking with Matt to check-in through check out with Cathy and Chris. This luxury home was a fabulous retreat for our family! Secluded in far north Scottsdale, this home is far enough away from the hustle and bustle for quiet neighborhood evenings but close enough to get anywhere in the Phoenix metro area in an hour or less. We traveled with 5 adult couples (4 adult children with spouses and parents). The casita was a perfect separate space for our parents and each bedroom inside the home had its own private bathroom. The home was very well appointed with all the kitchen tools/appliances and outdoor grilling area for meals in, full billiards room and games/puzzles for evening entertainment, loungers by the pool with towels and floaters provided, outdoor blankets for relaxing by the fire pit, indoor blankets— you name it, they’ve thought of it. The management and owners were fabulous to work with; very responsive to any questions or concerns we had on site and were in regular communication. Again, this was a perfect family retreat for us— so sad it had to come to an end!
