The Space:
This house is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood near Charleston, Goose Creek, Summerville, and Moncks Corner. Everything is provided for your comfort and convenience. The house is near shopping, beach and The Naval Weapons Station.

Guest Access:
This 4 bedroom two bath house has living room, kitchen and dining area. One of the bedrooms doubles a game area. There is also a dedicated room for washer and dryer. The backyard is large and fenced.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood convenient to grocery stores and Interstates.

Getting Around:
Having a personal vehicle is preferred. We do have guests that stay and use Uber/ grub hub to get around and have food delivered.

Interaction with Guests:
I do live in town and have help available to help with any issue that may arise.

We stayed at this property from 12/17-12/20. We found the house nicely decorated and very comfortable. They could upgrade towels quality and size, and maybe adding glasses/ dishes to kitchen supplies.

Our family had a great experience staying here. The home had everything we needed. There was one minor hiccup as the keyless entry battery was dead but I was impressed with the quick response as it was late when we arrived.

The house was very clean and spacious and felt cozy to rest in after galavanting around Charleston. The owners were very thoughtful and it felt like a hotel experience with the homey experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do, yet quiet and peaceful when we came back to unwind. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, which made the whole experience stress-free. My group agreed we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

All in all good stay. Bed comfortable, well stocked kitchen. As thats wasnot always the case with other rentals we have stayed Needs to be painted or at least walls and woodwork washed.

Family Vacation

Our stay at this property was wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet with easy access to shopping and restaurants. The house was exceptionally clean and well appointed with everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time in the Charleston area. The hosts were very welcoming and available for anything that we needed during our stay. 10/10 would definitely stay at this property again if in the area.

Great location!

This is a nice recently updated home, centrally located and close to Charleston and beaches. It was in an older neighborhood, near restaurants and shopping. It is well equipped, nice bedding and towels, and even had some refreshments provided.

Close to everything

We enjoyed our stay and the property was nice! Hoping to come back in the future! The only issue was the next door neighbors dog, he did not know quiet time started at 10pm!

Property was as described and very convenient. Host was responsive throughout. Neighborhood is in transition, so not “perfect”, but quiet and no issues. A good choice. Hoo-yah Navy!!

Weekend stay

We were in town for a 6U football tournament. It had been approximately 10 years since we had been to Charleston. I had read reviews of the house not being in a safe neighborhood, we didn’t get that at all. We felt safe at all times. The house was perfect for my family, we had all the amenities of home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily book this house in the future. The owners made themselves readily available. Although , we didn’t require any assistance. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. This house is a hidden gem in Charleston.

Home away from Home

This was our 2nd stay at this home. Check-in was easy, the home was well stocked with pots, pans and supplies. It was very clean and the backyard was a great space for a pet. Definitely will stay here again!

Perfect place for a getaway

The house was perfect! Pretty much as described. Our little dog thoroughly enjoyed the fenced backyard. It’s located a short drive to Charleston. There are several restaurants and stores located very close. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We may even book it again next year!

Baseball Tournament/Vacation Stay

Our family enjoyed our stay at this home in Goose Creek. We were in the area for my grandson’s baseball tournament at the Shipyard. FYI…it can take 45 minutes to one hour to get to the Shipyard depending on traffic. The first night we were there the power went out for an hour. I contacted our host and he followed up quickly. He also followed up the next day to check about the internet service. The home suited our needs. We had three adults and four children. It seemed to have been recently renovated and was nicely decorated. Our family enjoyed having tv’s in each bedroom. Did not feel comfortable taking walks in the neighborhood. The house on one side left a lot to be desired. There were things close by that the kids enjoyed including bowling, trampoline park and visits to the Isle of Palms County Park for beach time. We had a good experience.

Wonderful!

Everything was perfect. The house was super clean and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The huge fenced in yard was amazing! Our golden retriever was so excited to have a place to run and play. Which made us super happy! The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Lots of people working in their yards. All very friendly. It took us about 30 minutes to drive downtown but we knew that going into the trip. Publix and Walmart were just a couple miles away. We would happily stay here again and recommend to others. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

Everything was nice. We enjoyed our stay. The furniture was nice unlike some places. It would have been nice if the window in the kitchen had curtains up. The mattresses were worn but that was small. The would tell others about it.
