La instalaci��n de canaletas, la impermeabilización y la pintura de los exteriores de los edificios es un proyecto que se completará para las siguientes fechas de la fase 1.   La pintura del exterior del resort requerirá andamios en los edificios debajo. La primera fase, que comenzará a fines de junio, incluirá los siguientes edificios: Edificio 1, Hibiscus (30 de junio - 31 de agosto de 2019) Edificio 2, Bougainvillea (1 de septiembre - 31 de octubre de 2019) Edificio 3, Guayaba (1 de noviembre - 31 de diciembre de 2019) Además, como parte de nuestras iniciativas de embellecimiento y seguridad, también se repararán las aceras y caminos en todo el complejo. El inicio de las obras está programado para septiembre y se prevé que finalice para el 31 de octubre de 2019.  Los horarios est��n siempre sujetos a retrasos.

I almost hate to share this review as I want to keep this gem all to ourselves! We’ve been renting this condo annually at the Hanalei Bay Resort for over a decade. The views from every room are spectacular of Hanalei Bay and of the Napali coastal mountain range. The furnishings are modern, clean, in a very organized unit. Rocco is amazing in taking care of any of our needs. Ross & Julie have been gracious hosts. 5 stars!

Spacious room with excellent view of Hanalei Bay. The resort is very well maintained with beautiful gardens. Communication with condo managers was excellent. Looking forward to returning.

To know this property is to love it. It was a wonderful place to stay. The staff is AMAZING, very friendly and helpful. It's set in a garden, one of the most beautiful we've ever seen. Great access to beach, and the beach is pristeen.

Awesome stay

The place was so clean. The resort staff was very friendly and helpful. The host gifted us with snacks and a helpful resort map. The host also provided beach chairs and a body board to catch some waves. The view from the balcony is absolutely spectacular. We would gladly stay here again.

Thank you for your feedback, so glad you enjoyed the location and the view! We do close the blinds before arrival to help keep the place cool, while cutting down on the need for air conditioning. It also has the added benefit of a wonderful surprise view when you open up the blinds and see beautiful Hanalei Bay :)

Beautiful property

This place exceeded my expectations. The listing online was great, but the view and the property is even better is person. It was clean, the check in process was easy, had everything we needed, very comfortable bed & was conveniently located. The property and pool were stunning, very convenient having 2 restaurants on property if you don’t feeling like going into town (the pizza restaurant is 10/10). Can’t recommend this place enough, will definitely be staying here if we go back!

An Island Getaway

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful Island "stay-cation" for my birthday in February. We have stayed at HBR many times so this condo was perfect for the two of us as we have a standard list of restaurants to eat at so we didn't need a full condo with kitchen. It was as described/pictured and well equipped for our needs. Perfect views of Hanalei Bay and Bali Hi and away from the sounds of the main resort area. Aloha Condos and our contact person; Rocco were attentive and responded quickly to all our questions and needs and there was a personal followup from the owners as well.

BEAUTIFUL VIEW!

We had an amazing vacation. The room had everything we needed and the lanai with that view every morning for coffee was perfect. A/C was much appreciated as it was muggy quite often. The room is situated in a great location for View, close to the beautiful pool, restaurant and an easy walk to the beach. Thank you for having the boogie boards and available items in the closet we used them alot. Wonderful stay, we will be back. Thank you!

Hanalei Bay, 6304 studio

We absolutely LOVED our stay. Upon entering the room, we were greeted with Aloha with Kauai Coffee Company coffee, cookies, two little bottles of water, and a bag. The view on the lanai was pretty, the bed was VERY comfortable. We could not have asked for a better stay apart from being able to cook. We knew this was a studio so this expectation was not there from the beginning but we would love that option in the future. We stayed at Hanalei Bay in the resort before and both Carly and Scott agreed that this was a better experience. Thanks for the great stay! Would absolutely book again.

Condo itself was awesome, incredible view! My only negative comment would be that I didn't feel like the condo was as clean as I thought. There were things left in the shower which made me question if it was cleaned, crumbs on the floor. Also, the ihome didn't work, the batteries were corroded! However, I would stay there again.

A PERFECT STAY!

We could not have asked for a better stay! It was a very relaxing time, where we were able to lay on the beach, and meet some great people offering services there. In fact, we said to each other that this we've never stayed anywhere on the planet (and we've been on ever continent, all over) that had better Staff. All of your staff was so friendly and helpful. Hanalei Bay is tops! It's close to great restaurants (including on location), as well as all the stores in Hanalei, a very groovy surf town. The condo itself was just spacious enough, with the most amazing views of the Bay. The balcony is perfectly situated for every conceivable celebration. The sunset on our last evening there was more glorious than we could possibly capture on film. Thanks, Hanalei Bay for a PERFECT STAY!!!

The kind of place you'll return to...

Classic Bali Hai view. Very convenient to shopping, Hanalei and other activities. Invigoration walk to/from beach. Grounds are very well kept. Unit 6304 is a true studio. For 2, it worked well, just wish it had a few things: Microwave, light on the back deck and a second tennis racket. There is no restaurant on the property anymore due to Bali Hai Restaurant being closed. Really my only "complaint", as you had to drive out for dinner (/bring in take out). Happy Talk is a bar with minimal food, Wiki WIki Pizza was very disappointing. But! we would love to stay again, next time with our eyes a little more open. A wonderful unit to stay in!

Firstly I want to say that the resort is close to paradise. Beautifully planted and maintained grounds with orchids and birds, stunning swimming pool and hot tub with little waterfalls, a calm beach with snorkelling to walk down to (or catch a ride upon request), a great pizza restaurant as well as a bar with restaurant all on site. Easy parking with service to get you to your condo, and the most amazing views of the ocean and mountains. The condo itself was clean and bright and perfectly fine for two people. So my only issue is that there’s nothing for cooking in the condo. To be fair that is what’s advertised but there’s space for where a microwave should be, and a toaster would be so simple to add. That and a few extras like Kleenex and moisturizer. But there were beach chairs and a cooler to use. Overall it was fantastic. It’s just that it could be even better with a couple of items to do some basic cooking other than the resort grills.

I could not have been more disappointed in our stay. The unit is terribly small, without even a table to eat at. There is a tiny table on the porch, but no light outside and it’s too hot to eat every meal outdoors. No basic items such as a wine opener or bedside clock. Coffee machine but no sugar/cream. Coffee table was old and peeling on top/warped. Property grounds themselves are old and dated. Pool looks like it is from the 80’s. Maybe 3 dozen pool chairs and 6 umbrellas on a property that homes 10 buildings. No elevators, a ton of hills, barely any parking. If you are staying longer then 1 night, run. Or you’ll be claustrophobic and miserable.

Good, but not great...

Honestly my initial impression of this condo was dampened by the fact that one, it was pouring rain when we arrived in Kauai (obviously not anyone's fault), and two, there was a huge ROACH on our bed covers when we went to go to sleep the first night, which made it hard to sleep the rest of our stay... Cleanliness was not to up to my standards, but I understand this place is not a hotel, it is more laid back and "cottage-y". We did not have a phone in our unit so we could not call the Hanalei Bay Resort front desk for anything, we could not get rides to the parking lot to get to our car or to the beach, so that was frustrating at times. By the end of our stay they tried installing a phone but found the ports did not work. The dishes and coffee pot in the kitchenette area did not appear to be cleaned, if they were certainly not throughly. The temperature of the unit was hard to control at times, the air conditioner unit was a bit fickle. I don't know how accurate the listing was because it has now been taken down so I can't confirm or compare details that were given... Overall we had a great time, but not super impressed with this particular unit.
