Welcome to the desirable Coral Ridge Isles neighbourhood. Spacious home with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy a casual meal at the kitchen island or seat up to 8 people in the dining area. Enjoy BBQ's by the pool and watch the sunset from your own private dock with ocean access. The Beach life is a 10 minute drive away. Enjoy dining and live music in nearby Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. The airport is only 20 minutes away.

Maximum occupancy is 6 adults with sleeping available for 8 people.

Not good

I will admit I probably put the owner in a bad mood bc (long story) I went to the wrong house initially and had many complaints about it. However, once we got to the correct house we encountered 2 major problems. One, the air conditioning was broken. Later found out it couldn’t be fixed until the end of our stay. Two, we found bugs in the bathroom and one of the bedroom. Most dead. Probably as result of broken AC. I will say the owner, though slow to get back to us, did give us a full credit for our stay as we ended up needing to stay at a hotel. However, we did not get one single apology. After a long and stressful travel day this was not an ideal welcome to FL.

Great location, Calming Design and Spacious

Property was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Decorating is calming coastal blues. Pool was sparkling. Deck is right on canal with kayak to explore. Quiet location near all amenities, close to beach and Riverwalk. Recommended!

After cruise Christmas

Dan is such a great host, very responsive and accommodating. The house was exactly as advertised and was perfect for our family of 6 to spend Christmas together.

Large, comfortable house with a beautiful canal view

My husband and I spent January and February at this house to get away from the cold weather in New Jersey. It Was a great two months. The house was clean and comfortable. The back yard, with the pool and canal, gave us many hours of enjoyment. Pompano Beach and several other beautiful areas are within about fifteen minutes from this property.

Christmas Vacation in the Sun 2022

This property is EXCELLENT! The pictures and descriptions are very accurate. Location and neighborhood is great. Short drive to grocery, fish, or butcher shops. Many restaurants close. Beaches are short drive - we love Pampano Beach. Ft Lauderdale shopping & beaches are also close. And a day trip to Miami for sightseeing, Cuban food and boat watching at Haulover was a great idea! The kitchen is well appointed with everything labeled and instructions provided. Calphalon cookware and a Weber grill are excellent additions any home chef will appreciate. The pool is heated & we used it every single day! Being on the canal was very enjoyable. It was fun to watch the boats & canoes go by. The master bedroom also has an adjustable bed. This was a very pleasant surprise! And very much appreciated by a guest with respiratory problems requiring incline to rest. The property is fenced, but open to the canal. Great area for pets as long as they are not too interested in the canal (our Labs would have jumped). The side yard offers a nice size area for pet walking. The Maltese pup next door is Kobe & will welcome you to the neighborhood! We did have 1 minor issue. The host addressed it immediately - even after hours. We will definitely be back & bring the pups!

Great location beautiful home

This is a beautiful house and everything that came with our stay. Linens were great And house was very clean. Pool heater wasn’t working so I was immediately refunded a reasonable amount. Communication was fantastic with the owner. I highly recommend

Perfect property for a girls getaway

Everything at this property was clean. The areas were very spacious. Two of us slept on the pullout couch and it was so comfortable. The rooms were great. Plenty of bathrooms. The view was so nice on the water and the pool was so fun too! Would definitely timely stay here again. Loved our stay!!

Spring break 2022

Danny has a really nice setup and his place was perfect for our family of 5. Everybody had a bed. The kids really enjoyed the use of the pool. Our first night we picked up provisions at the local grocery store (1-2 miles away) and barbecued on the grill by the pool. Danny's kitchen is generously equipped for indoor cooking as well. Just bring your clothes and toiletries and the house provides all the linens and towels (pool and bath). Danny provided clear instructions for the house, made recommendations as to the local restaurants, and responded quickly to questions during our stay. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Fabulous!!

We would highly recommend renting this property. It was clean, spacious, and the back outdoor area was wonderful for relaxing. The property owner was very responsive and even gave us a list of some of his favorite places to go. We definitely plan to rent from him again!!

This home was amazing lots of room and the view was spectacular. The owner was easy to talk to and gave me all the information I needed to be comfortable in this home.

Perfect!

This property is wonderful. The property owner has made sure every detail is taken care of. From the espresso machine and pods to every light switch labeled so you don’t spend time figuring it out. The pool is beautiful with remote lighting for night swims. The dock on the canal is the perfect place to wet a line or just sit and chill. Or drop the kayak in the water. My family truly enjoyed our stay. We were in town visiting my niece which conveniently lived right down the canal. It is centrally located and convenient to shopping and plenty of beaches. I can’t say enough positive things about this property. We will definitely stay here again. And not just because it was so close to my niece but because of the communication with the property manger, the property amenities, and the comfort and location of it all! Thank you to Dan for sharing your home on VRBO!
