Fabulous 5 bedrooms home with 45ft salt-heated swimming pool. Entertainment center with 65 inches flat-screen TV, and 6 other TVs. Wireless internet. Beautiful leather furnishings 2 leather sofas, Beautiful kitchen with granite countertops and top-of-the-line stainless appliances
Spacious family room with beautiful Billiard table and foosball.
Master suites upstairs and Bedroom downstairs with access to the bathroom downstairs.
High-speed wireless internet (200 MBPS). Spacious family room. Foosball table.
A baby crib and a child high chair are also available.
The house contains everything you will need for your vacation, as well as beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler with wheels, towels, sand & pool toys, and an outdoor shower. We have 4 bikes (two in this property), let us know how many you need..

A wonderful getaway

The house fit the needs of our eight-person extended family perfectly. It had ample space, a well-maintained pool, and a range of other amenities. The location is great, just a short drive to the beach, and near enough to a variety of stores. I would definitely stay there again, and would highly recommend the houser to others.

Perfect multi-generational family place!

The pool actually seemed bigger than the photo. The property is well located and the kitchen has about everything you could want. The pool table was a welcome treat. The beach and pool accessories were great. Would definitely recommend!!! Feb 24-Mar 2, 2024

excellent place

super clean covering all your needs. better than the pictures. owner very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool huge and clean. 100% recommend for vacation. we will rent it in a near future. thanks to the owner for his help and cooperation.

A Great Thanksgiving

Just what was needed for a family Thanksgiving in the sunshine of Florida. Moheb was the perfect host . Easy to communicate with. Lots of space for everyone to do what they wanted either alone or as part of the larger group. The pool was the highlight for our 8 year old. A proper swimming pool. If we go back to Pompano Beach next year this might be the property for us again.

Top Quality Experience

I went with a group of 7 college students for 5 nights. Upon arrival, the house was extremely clean and check-in was simple. The amenities within the house (TVs, furniture, washer & dryer, dishwasher, kitchen) were all advanced/modern and worked well. There was plenty of silverware and dishes as well. Communication with the homeowner was simple and quick. The beach was only a few minutes away. Beach towels and regular towels were provided and cleaned. Overall, we did not have a single problem the whole trip and the whole experience couldn't have been easier. I would 100% stay there again. Very impressive.

We LOVE Florida!

A group of us have been coming to Florida for many years and this year did not disappoint us. Mo is very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our week at Pompano beach very much. The ONLY thing we were not expecting is that one of the beds was a double and most of the guys in our group are large. (Nobody! wants to share a double bed anymore). The listing says 2 kings and 3 queens, but unfortunately 1 of these beds is definitely a double :( and that couple was not happy to have that room. The pool also lost heat for 2 days and was too cold to swim, but Mo helped get this fixed quick and the other 5 days it was great

I checked in Marilyn in person. I was a little shocked that she got 3 extra guests, She booked and paid for 8 guests. We did not charge for 3 more guests, She mentioned that there are 3 kids, but she booked 8 total. My understanding is that the total should be 8. The house can take up to 10. I was onsite and showed her around and that there are an extra foldable bed and 3 other inflated beds in the garage. I did not ask for any extra charges for the 3 extra guests at this time as a good gesture. The Vrbo app does not have a full-size bed and definitely, that bed is not double. It is full and can easily take two average size persons. I monitor the pool temperature remotely and due to extreme cold, all pools, and this one in particular take longer due to its size. I communicated with Marilyn and I found out that someone turned the heater off three days after checked in, after a picture she sent to me. This never happened before and I did not blame anyone nor the pool guy who is regular for years. Other than that I enjoyed hosting the group, it is my job to make sure the guests are happy.

Fantastisk venlig udlejer der hjalp os i en svær situation. Han var hurtig til at svare på vores anmodning om hjælp til toilettet og hjælp ligeledes med andre spørgsmål. Huset fungerede helt perfekt til vores familie med en super skøn pool og ligeledes et poolbord vi flittigt brugte hver aften⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lots of room for my party of 5. A few minor things that need to be touched up as far as the vent covers and floors needed to be deep clean… but overall it was an pretty good stay…

Floors were deep cleaned by professional cleaners using all that was available in the market equipment and tools a month ago. Vents are on an annual maintenance plan and they are not due yet. My property is cleaned and disinfected very well after every stay. Thank you

Great property

We had a wonderful time on our spring break vacation at this property. Upon arrival, we found the property to be just as shown in the pictures. We were able to get into the house right away with the code for the front door lock. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. The beds were comfortable and we hand plenty of room for our family of 8. The pool was large and well maintained. This was my grandchildren’s favorite part! Since the beach area was windy and there was lots of seaweed on the beaches and in the sea water, we spent lots of time in the pool. The TVs were nice and were easy to work. Our communications with Moheb were quickly answered and handled to our satisfaction with the few issues we had during our stay. We would definitely stay in this property again if we visited the area.
