AMAZING PANORAMIC VIEWS and INFINITY HOT TUB at a modern, smart home

Our jaws dropped when we first saw the views from our future home. The views aren't just from the outdoor areas and the infinity-edge hot tub in the back yard, but also from the beds in every bedroom, from the office area, the kitchen, and from a giant glass sliding door in the family room that opens wide tonowt the outdoors in. This is our forever home, so we have spared no expense making it beautiful, comfortable and convenient. Your voice controls everything from the blackout shades and lights to the TVs and the music, so you can just relax by the fire and take it all in.

Unlike most hillside places in LA, our neighborhood is as lovely as the view, with wide streets, sidewalks, easy parking, and a beautiful green park with basketball and tennis courts and a playground. Our house is also on a flat cul-de-sac, so you won't be battling gravity when you park.

There are 100% blackout shades in every bedroom, and 60% privacy shades in the living room, all controlled with your voice, the remote, or on a schedule. We have Samsung Frame TVs, which look like large framed photos or art until you're ready to turn them on with your voice (or with the remote, with your hands, like a caveman). The four voice-controlled TVs each have most of the major streaming services, including DirecTV, YouTube TV, Disney+, Peacock, Hulu, and ESPN. We also have voice-controlled Sonos Soundbars and Amazon Echos throughout the house, so you can ask for any music you want to be played in each room or every room.

We have a large balcony with an incredible view of the valley, where you can play foosball, shuffleboard, arcade basketball, or darts. Or you can sit by the second gas firepit and just enjoy the view.

The portion of the yard you don't see (down the slope) is covered with fruit trees with a handrail path, and you're welcome to pick whatever you can use during your stay. Depending on the season, there are avocados, oranges, blood oranges, tangerines, figs, pears, and others.

Kids will love watching the planes take off and land at Burbank Airport. If you look carefully, you can also see Hogwarts Castle at Universal Studios.

Vrbo doesn't allow a custom cancellation policy, so we had to go with their "Strict" one. We are happy to be more flexible when we can. We typically book a trip once we know our house will be booked on Vrbo, and we don't want to lose money on those reservations if you cancel and we need to move the trip. If we haven't booked yet or are able to get refunds or make free changes, we are typically happy to work with you to reduce or eliminate any cancellation fees. We just want to be fair, as always.
