WE ARE LEGAL IN B.C. - RESORT HOTEL ZONING! Walk out the patio onto the lawn and beach in this lovely resort hotel condo located on the ocean in the quaint village of Qualicum Beach. Separate galley kitchen and bathroom, fully updated. Queen bed, pull out sofa bed, dining table for four, and combination desk/dresser. Patio and summer lounge chairs, laundry room on site. Just a few kilometers from the walkable village centre, which features quaint stores, grocery and pharmacy, and all the necessary services. Fifteen minutes to Parksville, with it's huge family beach, ocean-side provincial park, mini-golf, and other family vacation amenities.

Conveniently located to travel N, S or W on the island. So much to do. It was perfect.
Goats on the rod at Coombs.
Butterfly house at Coombs.
From our unit.
My favourite part. There were 4 bunnies who frequented our patio area. I loved feeding them carrots.

Great beachfront property

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Great beachfront location. Although it was cool and raining on one of our days, we managed to sit out on the patio and enjoy the view and watch the cruise ships sail by and the bunnies hopping around on the lawn.

Lovely property right on the beach. Easy walk to amazing food, drinks and ocean view patios. Room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. German restaurant right across the street was absolutely delicious! Close to many cool places like Coombs, Cathedral Grove, waterfalls and beaches. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect romantic get-away

Had a lovely stay for a long weekend in early spring. Suite was comfortable, had everything we needed, and looked just like the pictures. Walk out to the beautiful beach. Considerate host. Really enjoyed our stay.

Thank you Barry for being a great host!Your place was perfect! The view impeccable! Everything was there that you needed for our stay, except paper towel, but a small thing to worry about. Electric fireplace, a nice touch to-take off the chill with the rain. Two resident bunnies that greeted us every morning on the patio. Cathedral Forest, Little Qualicum Falls absolutely beautiful with the leaves changing colour. Coombs never disappoints and across the street The Blackbird for the best schnitzel you will ever taste. Clean, quiet, relaxing. Thank you for sharing your place!

Fantastic!

Our family of 4 had a fantastic stay! The location is great, the view is beautiful and the suite is bright and clean. Loved being able to cook our own foods in the full kitchen - it's a great money saver compared to eating out all the time. Can't beat being steps away from the beach, either. We would definitely stay again! Thank you to our fabulous host!

My wife and I have been frequent users of vacation homes over the years, and have learned just what guests often enjoy. We decided that we would enjoy hosting and bought this beautiful beachfront condo in the spring of 2021.

It's in a very popular resort, right on the beach, and has always been well occupied and enjoyed by return guests over the years. We gave it a makeover in the fall of 2025 and are pleased to give guests a comfortable stay with a spectacular view and beach access in this lovely village.

You can't beat walk-out beachfront, and that's what this condo offers. Enjoy the 180 degree ocean and mountain view, and let the sound of the mild surf lull you to sleep!
