BEACH FRONT CORNER UNIT - TOTALLY REMODELED (including up to date amenities)

CORNER UNIT ELEGANCE ON THE BEACH!!

EVERYTHING in this condo is new as of November 2021. The remodel consisted of replacing everything, the only things thst are still original is the tub in the guest bath and the drywall, everything else is brand new (including the furnishings and the HVAC)!! We did the remodel this way to make sure our guests had the best possible chance of having no issues while enjoying your beachfront vacation!

This lovely two bedroom two bathroom condo has bonus bunks in the hallway plus a modern sleeper sofa in the living room, allowing for a family/group of 8 people. The main bedroom queen size bed, 2 night stands, built-in lamps with reading lights and USB outlets, a 43" Smart TV w/cable, a walk-in closet behind a modern barn door and it also has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a BIDET! The Main Bedroom also boasts a private balcony that only the corner units have. Washer/dryer conveniently setup in the hall closet for all your laundry needs and a set of bunks in the hallway as well for the younger travelers. The bunk beds include individual tablet holders for the youngsters favorite shows and individual reading lamps for the reader. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and an entry to the second bathroom.

Pelican Isle unit 318 incvludes extra views of the Gulf from the additional balcony off the dining and family rooms because it is a CORNER unit (this also means you have lees noise from other units). The kitchen is conveniently located directly off the family room allowing the views. This is the only unit in the building with a built-in fireplace in the living room for that little needed heat on the cooler spring, fall and winter evenings or turn it on for just an added ambience!

Okaloosa Island is just six miles from Destin which keeps it away from the traffic, but close enough for the fun! Come to Pelican Isle and capture a lifetime of memories in the sun.

Best Condo on the beach

This is my favorite condo! So beautifully decorated and relaxing. I loved all the little extras. Definitely bumped up the homey feel. Love the end unit and 3rd floor was easy to take the stairs occasionally. Mark was so quick at communicating with me. We will be coming back to stay again!

Beach Heaven

We had a great time on our Spring Break! Pros: The place was very clean upon arrival, the view from the balcony and the furniture, chairs set up at the beach and other accessories at the condo, cute decor, heated pool, beautiful beach, kids loved the bunk beds. Cons: The guest shower needs a tune up (very low water pressure), bring your own beach towels if you want them to be thicker, be prepared to drive places as nothing is in walking distance

We are glad you enjoyed your spring break and glad you chose our condo for your spring break vacation. However, it is a little disappointing that you elected to give our condo a 4 star versus a 5 star for the reasons you stated. Below I have addressed your issues: • “…low water pressure in hall bathroom” - I do wish you had contacted me about this during your stay, because I believe the issue is probably due to clogged faucet aerators. The building had just shut the water off for some waterline repair. This issue could have been taken care of within minutes during your stay. • “…beach towels not thick enough…” - We truly appreciate that feedback but don’t feel that it constitutes a 4 star rating. We have ordered new beach towels since you have let us know we need to do so. • “…nothing is in walking distance…” - Our condo is situated at a dead end road that is on the quieter side because it’s not around all the touristy attractions. I do believe a simple GPS search before booking a vacation spot is a must to see what is close.

Beautiful and so well decorated

Overall this was an amazing property to stay at! So wonderfully decorated and had everything you needed to stay at the beach even down to the beach towels toys you name it it was there. There was one small problem with the hot water but the owner was in constant contact with me I had a plumber out before we even left. Such attention to detail! You will not be disappointed with the view in proximity to restaurants and other things to do! This is a winner

Girls' Trip

We have taken a girls' trip to Okaloosa Island every summer for the past 5 years. We have always stayed at Pelican Isle, but last year was our first time to stay in this unit & we loved it so much that we booked our next trip before we left! Our trip this year was about 2 weeks ago & we're already planning our visit for next summer! We can't wait to come back! We fell in love with everything about this unit! It is super clean & has everything you need to relax and have a great vacation! The owners took care of our every need! I could not ask for better hospitality! My 14 year old daughter & her friend loved that they have have their own spacious bedroom and bathroom & don't have to share with the adults. As a parent, I loved that there is a chest with chairs & sand toys that were available for the girls to use during our stay...less stuff I have to pack from home! My best friend & I enjoyed catching up while having breakfast on the balcony every morning and watching the sunset every evening. This unit made us feel right at home & we definitely plan on booking our stay here every year going forward!

Best spring break trip ever 😊

Mark & Magdalena’s condo has everything a family needs to enjoy a relaxing beach stay. I booked their unit for a last minute spring break getaway with my kids and was blown away by how clean & beautiful the property, beach and unit was. The condo smelled and looked clean as a whistle when we arrived, no sandy floors anywhere and the views of the ocean were so amazing! I loved the comfy towels and bedding. They even had beach towels and toys for guests to use. There is a rain shower in the master bath that was heaven after spending a day in the ocean. My kids loved the hallway bunks and connecting bathroom to the 2nd bathroom. I loved sitting with the electric fireplace at night watching some shows and listening to the waves. The kitchen was equipped with everything I needed to make all our meals. All the dishes and cook wear and spices and plenty of space to store groceries for the week. I found games, puzzles and a vacuum in the bedroom closet to keep the sand off the floors everyday. The beach was absolutely beautiful. It was my first time visiting Ft. Walton and the water was clear and clean and changing blues all day long. Nothing beat those sunset views either. It was cold for swimming but after a few minutes you don’t even notice, esp in the sun. We found shells and broken up pieces of coral & big sand dollars. The condo came with beach service one umbrella & two beach chairs set up daily, all we had to do was pick which ones we wanted. The pool was clean and a bit chilly being March but in the heat of the day felt perfect. There are two outdoor showers with hoses to wash the sand off and it was easy not tracking the beach back with us when we were done. The property was clean and fairly quiet, and we loved sitting out on the balcony watching the pool & beach. All in all it was a 10/10 stay and we will definitely be back!

Great condo, great location

We enjoyed our stay at Mark and Magda’s beautiful condo. The condo is beautifully decorated and well stocked. The location is great, right on the beach on a quieter stretch and the pool and hot tub are nice. Mark and Magda were great to communicate with and terrific hosts. We would love to come back to their place.

Corner condo at the pelican

We recently stayed several days at this condo. Loved the farm house table. We had family game nights and served a birthday cake with presents opened on the table. The fireplace without the heat on in July gave much ambience to the room. The chairs on the balcony were amazing. You could tell the owners spent time there and loved to cook. So many Utensils, cookware and spices. Just like home. The rain head shower was awesome. Lovely decor, games in the closet, a nice selection of novels to read made me wish I could stay a month. Being near the trash chute room and stairs were a bonus. Loved it all. Met the lovely neighbor and her little yorkie several times.

On the beach
