Ubicado en la isla de Okaloosa en el área de Fort Walton Beach / Destin, este condominio frente a la playa ofrece una cama King en la habitación principal con acceso al balcón privado con vista directa a la costa esmeralda del golfo. El dormitorio de invitados ofrece dos camas de tamaño completo. ¡Nuestro Condow tiene capacidad para 6 invitados cómodamente!
Dos baños completos y una cocina completa con todos los electrodomésticos, que incluyen lavaplatos, triturador de basura, cafetera y una Keurig, licuadora, olla Crock, además de todos los utensilios de cocina y artículos de bar. A pasos del elevador !! ¡Y vistas directas a la playa!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. We love it! We have met so many nice people here. The owner is so nice and communicate so well with her guests. She cares about her guest. The best part is the view!

PERFECT!!

This condo was absolutely perfect!! The view.... I have no words.The only issue(s) we had was there were no trash bags initially so we went and bought some. No big deal. They even ended up delivering some to us without asking. So points for that. The only other issue was the parking. Our designated spot was taken EVERY TIME we pulled up. Now I know the owner can't control that, but it was still annoying.

The complex was nice and after all the remodeling is complete, that will be better. Parking was crazy because our unit's spot was used by the construction crew.

Amazing Beachfront Views

Exactly as described! Currently, parts of the property are under renovations but it did not affect my trip for the most part. Tracy is a great host and was very responsive to messages. The condo is beautifully decorated and comfortable. It is also very well stocked with everything you may need. You can see the beach from the room perfectly... I found myself sitting on the couch staring at the water a lot rather than watching tv. It was very relaxing. Due to the renovations the balcony was not available this trip but I still had amazing views of the water. The pool was also great. The water temp was perfect for these hot Florida days to help cool off. Between the pool and the boardwalk to the beach, there is an area that is perfect for sitting and enjoying the salt water breeze and listening to the waves, this area contains a picnic table and multiple grills as well. Every morning and evening, I walked down to the beach and captured pictures of beautiful gulf sunrises and sunsets. During the day the beach service had chairs and umbrellas for us to use as well, which was a great addition. I look forward to coming back here at a future time after all the renovations are completed.

Recovery time

Perfect location overlooking the ocean. We watched dolphins and stingrays from our balcony and enjoyed the changing waves each day. My daughter was recovering from a total hip replacement and we spent a very relaxing month here.

Most Amazing Getaway

LOVED IT! Can't say enough things about this condo! It's a great view in every direction, convenient to everything, cozy, clean, relaxing. I stayed for a month and plan to be back again. Owner was quick to respond to any questions I had.

Lovely

We had a lovely time at this condo. Lots of kitchen amenities. The mattresses in the second bedroom were on their last leg as you could feel the coils while you’re sleeping, but if you drink enough it doesn’t matter 🙃 The only reason I gave four stars for the accuracy of online listing is because it clearly stated in the pictures that they had boogie boards and two water friendly beach chairs in the closet and it did not. We came with our family of four and decided to leave those two very items at home and my niece was highly disappointed when there was no boogie board to be found. The other two adults had to sit on the sand and when you’re older that’s hard.. I’d recommend removing that photo. Other than that it was absolutely wonderful

November Stay

We stayed a week in November and the trip was wonderful. The condo was exactly as described and the host was super responsive and helpful. We would love to go back in the near future!

Cozy and nice space!

This was a great space and location. Everything was clean and orderly. Check in process was easy and accommodating for our schedule. It was nice to see this VRBO wasn't "barren". By that I mean, there was some dishwashing detergent and a package of dishwasher pods. Some places we've stayed don't even give you an extra garbage bag and you have to buy soap to wash dishes. Thankfully there was a hair blow dryer as I forgot mine at home. It didn't work quite correctly, but enough to get the job done. We would stay here again!

Fantastic

We were very happy with the condo. Loved sitting on balcony. It was quite a walk to the pier but well worth it. Spent a day exploring other beaches but none compared to the beach at the condo. Place was as described, relaxing and had no problems.

Tracy grew up just outside of Memphis TN, in the small town of Arlington. Loren grew up in Jupiter, FL. They were both working in IT and met when Loren changed jobs and moved to Memphis - it was love at first sight! Decades later, two grown kids, two grand kids, job changes, and a relocation to Roswell, GA, Loren still works in IT in S.a.a.S.; and Tracy continues working as a Professional Recruiter but is now focused on Engineering and Manufacturing.
Having vacationed as a young adult in the Florida panhandle, she finally convinced Loren to take a vacation on that side of the state and he too fell in love with the white sandy beaches!! Within 1 month of that family vacation the two are now proud owners of the little condo we have affectionately named 'Emerald Escape'. We hope you will enjoy your stay, and escape to paradise with our little piece of the beach!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This particular condo is not only beautiful inside, but the views are spectacular and one of only a very few available in this condominium. Our building has just two units per floor that are truly beachfront/oceanfront. There re only 7 floors to our condo, the first two floors have blocked views from the sand dunes, making this condo one of only 10 with direct ocean views!! Prime location - directly over the pool so you can watch the 'tweens swim while sipping an iced tea (or icy cold beverage, we don't judge!) right from your private balcony above!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We knew this was 'The' Condo for us from the Front Door!! You can see straight through to those Emerald Waters and soft rolling waves. Inside the condo we've tried to keep it very comfortable and very casual. With our 'shabby chic nautical beach' theme, you can kick off your shoes - prop up your feet and enjoy the views without worry! There are several restaurants on the Island, and many more within 10 minutes to either Fort Walton or Destin. There are also two Tom Thumb groceries on the Island or a Publix Supermarket just across the bridge into Ft. Walton if you choose to stock up and cook at home. On the island there is also a Waffle House for a quick breakfast, a liquor store, several gift shops and also a marina with jet ski rentals available.
