The condo was clean and comfortable. The pool area was very nice. We have stayed at the property before and like this unit as this building was closer to beach than some of the others.

This condo was very clean and had most everything we needed. All the rooms were nice. We all had a great trip and enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again.

Back to Pointe Santo Paradise

First of all, it was so great to return to our fave place - Pointe Santo. Our condo, B26, was perfectly furnished - comfortable, well-equipped, and great view of the Gulf The owners were very responsive to any questions we had as well! There is still work happening at Pointe Santo- with landscaping, a new pavilion being built - and it was inspiring to see progress happening. Highly recommend this condo!

Pointe Sanibel condo

I appreciated the fast response by the condo owner whenever I called with a question. She lived out of state but was very receptive. The condo was very spacious. I’ve pool on site & close to the ocean. I was there 4/26-5/6. Weather was perfect. Can’t wait to go back

Nice place

The condo was great. I did not appreciate finding a handy man in the place claiming he was there to fix something which did not appear to need to be fixed. I would have locked up my belongings if I knew strangers were coming and going. Next time a text to let me know a handy man wild be there would be helpful.

Happy to return to Sanibel

After waiting 2 plus years, we were thrilled to be able to return to Sanibel. We have stayed at several condos at Pointe Santo and have always appreciated the quick access to the beach and the well-maintained facilities there. We stayed at a new to us unit in Feb 2025, B26. We were warned about the construction activity going on and that this wa a "soft opening" for Pointe Santo. There was a lot of construction activity and noise 8-5 weekdays .This did not impact our visit as we spent most days either at the beach or at the Ding Darling Refuge and hiking trails. The condo was in perfect condition and very well-stocked with kitchen supplies. The condo is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture and plenty of natural light. We were there with another couple for part of the time and there was plenty of space for four adults to cook and dine together and watch TV in the evening. All appliances and dishes appeared to be brand new and in great condition. The elevator wasn't working but we were on the second floor so no problem. This was a truly relaxing and fun two weeks in comfort!

Pointe Santo Condo

Very nice condo complex. well kept, but pool is small. Condo unit was apparently just refurbished and very well done. New everything !! Very comfortable and nice view of the gulf from the Lanai. One of the nicest condo we have rented in 2 years of visiting the Gulf coast.
