Beautiful remodeled condo in downtown Steamboat. Enjoy the convenience of walking to any of the downtown restaurants, bars and shopping that Steamboat has to offer. The views from this 3rd floor, 2-bedroom condo are worth the two flights of stairs. You have direct views of the Howelsen Hill ski jump across the Yampa River, and can enjoy watching people ski and ride day into night. Brand new high end furnishings and well-stocked kitchen will be there for you after an amazing day on the slopes. One dedicated parking spot and one block away to the free bus which will get you around town or over to the Steamboat Ski area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was impeccably clean, well stocked, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The hosts thought of everything, including a bottle of delicious wine. The communication was excellent. The location of the condo could not have been better. Excellent restaurants and a riverwalk across the street, which we enjoyed daily. We can’t say enough great things about our stay. Thank you and we’ll be back!

This was a great location to ski slopes and shopping. Property was very clean, and had amazing views. I would definitely stay here again.

Family Christmas Fun

We really enjoyed the property. The condo was just as described. The location was excellent, easy access to the ski shuttle. We really loved walking to Howelsen Hill each night to see all the activities that go on.

Great place to stay in steamboat!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful downtown condo. It was so clean, wonderful decor, and in a great location. The owner was so nice and very quick to reply to questions. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this place!

2nd stay here - just as great!

This location is perfect for a steamboat stay! Lots of restaurants, bars and walking paths nearby. The condo is perfect for a weekend away to recharge. The host is quick to reply, always available and very kind. We will be back again for a third stay!

Best Place to Stay in Steamboat

Amazing location, close to the mountain which has easy parking, close to down town, and still has a view. Best food in town is steps away. I walked in and was surpised how nice and clean everything was.

Beautiful retreat

Spent a long weekend with my family of 3 in this well-located condo. Food and bike path just out the door. Views from the space are beautiful and inside was ideal for a relaxing weekend. Beds are comfortable, good spaces to eat and long. Lovely!

Perfect Location

Great apartment right in the heart of downtown Steamboat. Very easy to walk all over town. The apartment itself was well played out and furnished with everything you need. Definitely would stay here again.

My wife and I are now happily Steamboat residents after serving in the active-duty Marine Corps for the last decade and a half. We found our little piece of heaven right here in Northern Colorado and absolutely love it! Our goal with this property was to create a beautifully designed vacation rental with high-end furnishings that our friends and family would love to enjoy after a long day on the mountain.

Location, location, location! Enjoy the free city bus to the ski slopes while staying downtown where you can conveniently walk to dinner, shopping, and the bars. You don't even have to leave the condo to enjoy Steamboat; just put up the blinds, sit in the recliner, and watch the Olympic ski jumpers fly down the mountain.
