Just a short 18 miles to Silver Dollar City and all the Branson attractions or stay and relax at the cabin and take in the breathtaking views or soak under the stars in your own hot tub. You might even spot the bald eagles!

Drive 2 min. to end of our road to enjoy the lake with large swim beach and free parking. Boat launch also available. Cape Fair Marina is a full service marina that offers overnight boat slips, restaurant and more. Conveniently located across from our swim beach.
Large back deck with lighting to enjoy smores and campfire. Huge charcoal grill will please the cook in your group.
Like to fish? Table Rock Lake is bass fishing heaven. Bring your boat and your fishing partners and try your luck. Cabin has circle drive with plenty of space to park your boat and trailer. Outdoor plug available to charge boat battery. We have local professional fishing guides right in the neighborhood if you want to leave your boat at home.

Comfy and Cozy!

Wonderful stay for my family of 6 ages 20 - 52. Very relaxing and cozy. We came up from MS to enjoy part of Christmas break in Branson. Location is perfect for when we wanted to be away from the Branson touristy area! The only reason I rated a 4 out of 5 was because it is about 40 minutes back into Branson due to the very winding roads so when we left we made sure it was for the day and that we planned all stops for groceries etc before heading back. Everything at the home was as expected and then some! Thank you!

Summer vacation

The house was beautiful. We loved everything about it. We just wish we would have spent more time there. If I could suggest anything it would be to hit Walmart on the way for groceries and enjoy the home and lake without the hassle of driving back and forth to eat.

Very Nice!

My family and I stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and it was very nice! We have stayed in multiple places over the years and this one was exactly as advertised. I have been going to Table Rock for 50 years and it’s one of the most beautiful lakes I have ever been to. I liked that this house is in a quiet part of the lake but Kimberling City and Silver Dollar City are a short drive away. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit at night overlooking the lake. I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again!

We had a very nice stay.

The only thing that was not very clean was the bedding in one of the rooms. We had to take the bedding of a wash it ourselves. But besides that it was a nice place.

Lakehouse

The view was beautiful at the house, and the hot tub was nice on a cold Thanksgiving weekend. The water was not on when we arrived late, but the host was very polite and helped us to fix the issue. I would recommend taking knives if you plan to cook. Could have been cleaner, but overall a nice stay.

Our Christmas Gift to our Daughter

Decided to do a memory instead of wrapped gifts. Beautiful home. Peaceful. Tranquility and felt so relaxed. Seen quite a bit of wildlife. Deer. Birds. Coyote and we believe a baby fox. Did some sight seeing and explored the Ozark Mountains alittle. Thank you for your Hospitality!! 🎄♥️

Lakeside getaway

We loved this lakeside house. I really wanted a place with a jacuzzi and this one has a huge hot tub right on the deck with a stunning view of the lake. It is tucked away from Branson so we had to make time for the 30-40 min drive for the tourist stuff. We wanted privacy and time to spend with each other so we were fine with this. There were convenience stores closer, but we didnt need to visit those because we had everything we needed. This host has obviously spent a lot of time and effort in this place with so many details. It was comfortable, clean, and peaceful. It would be perfect for boaters. Huge circular driveway and near lake access.

Quiet lake getaway

Enjoyed the seclusion and amount of space of this property but the drive to town was long and winding. Kitchen utensils and pans to cook with were old and sketchy to cook with. Silverware and knives were significantly lacking. Dirty bowls with dried food on them in the cabinet so I had to wash dishes in the middle of cooking. No kettle that was listed as the house having on website. Kitchen faucet needs repaired. Low water pressure in the house. No dish soap provided good thing I travel with a bottle just in case. The internet was spotty and weak to the point of constant buffering throughout our stay. My hot spot had better internet connection and speed. Beds were old and not comfortable. My father had a board poking him and I had two boards fall off the bottom of my bed during the night when turning over. Towels for bathing were old and not enough for everyone to use. Thank goodness I always bring my own towels. The washer and dryer did work and some soap provided. Hot tub was nice and clean, but Only two tablets for the hot tub were provided for a weeks stay and one tablet was needed after each use so we only got to use it twice after finally locating the tabs. Front porch swing had lots of spiders and ticks on it. Trash receptacle was packed and animals had ripped the trash apart that we had to pick up. Must take your own heavy duty trash bags!!!

Overall pleasant however...

We wanted to be all positive with our review but our interaction with the owner was not pleasant after our stay. We have been renting with vrbo for many years and have never encountered an incident with an owner or the property. We took time to read through checkout procedures and followed all checkout guidelines and left the property in “normal” condition. The owner informed us that it was not acceptable and charged us an additional cleaning fee on top of the cleaning fee we already paid for. The owner charged us an additional fee for using “too many” linens of the provided linens and blankets. The stove was deemed as too messy due to normal cooking use. This did not warrant an extra cleaning fee. The property was fine for the purpose of our stay. The other reviews on the location were correct. It was about a 30-40 min drive to Branson or SDC on windy roads. The views of the lake were great. The hot water for showers was not enough for the amount of people in our party. The kitchen was fully stocked but the fridge was not cleaned out before our stay. The knives were also not sharp and the utensils in general need to be updated. These were just some things we noticed but it did not prevent us from enjoying our stay. What happened afterwards was unsettling and we were not pleased by her judgement and communication. I would be wary of how many linens you think you can use during your stay and take pictures of the condition of the property before you leave.

I have pictures from my cleaners showing the condition the property was left in. Believe me, any owner would have felt the same way. The guest did pay for the damaged curtain rod but did not pay for the additional cleaning fee which I had to pay in order to get property turned around for next guest.

Good, clean, safe place.

This was a great place for our family over Thanksgiving. The hot tub was perfect after a day at SDC. The area is safe, and quiet. There is wifi. The location is good if you want a out of town experience. It was at least 40 min to Branson. I think only 28 to SDC. Only things we would change is the little rolling island in the kitchen is a nuisance (not enough space for it), and the knives need to be sharpened. We will definitely put this place on our list to visit again.

Nice place but 45 minutes from Branson

The property was nice but could have been cleaner, ie glasses and cups had to be washed before use! Hot tub could have been cleaner and the travel time to Branson was 45 minutes not 20 as advertised!

Very clean, nice, spacious. We enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint would be the distance from town with winding roads. The property met all our needs. Would recommend this property and owner.

Branson stay

The house and property was clean. The back deck was nice to sit on in the evenings and mornings and hot tub was enjoyable. House sits on lakefront property with view as picture shows, however, no water access from property. No Wi-Fi. Be ready for quite a windy drive to Branson or nearest grocery store. It took about 40 minutes one way to Branson. Overall nice and quiet stay.

Family of Five- Getaway!

Our family of five adults spent (4) days at the house, using it as our base for our Branson/Silver Dollar City/Tablerock Lake vacation activities. We can't say enough about the beautiful location and back deck view of the lake! Every morning was spent enjoying coffee with a view, then usually a walk to the beach on the nearby point. During the day, if we were at the house, there was plenty of room inside for us to get out of the heat to watch a movie or play games. Evenings meals at the house were enjoyed at the table on the deck and usually followed by family time until turning in for the night. The location is perfect for people spending a lot of time at the lake. We rented a pontoon boat from Hideaway Marina for a day of fun on the lake! Trips to Branson & Silver Dollar City were not too far, nor did they take very long, but windy, curvy, rolling roads were the one drawback of the roadtrips to and from activities. Wi-Fi was not available at the time of our stay, but we were made aware of this fact well in advance of our stay. Any questions we had prior to our stay were answered promptly.

John and I have been married 35 years and have 4 wonderful children. We have had the property for 12 years and cherish the times we have had and memories we have made with our family and friends here at the cabin. We now look forward to sharing it with others and hope they will make wonderful memories with their family and friends as well. We absolutely love getting on the lake and fishing but also enjoy mountain biking around the area as well. Always something new and different to do and see in the Branson area and we feel it is one of the best family vacation areas in the country.

This property is in a fantastic sub division with really great neighbors. It is is an ideal location in respect to lake activities and Branson activities. You do not have to choose between them. You will have ample time to enjoy both. The view from the deck speaks for itself and is definitely my happy place! Very relaxing!
