Professionally decorated and updated in 2021, 26 Green Heron features all new furnishings with a Coastal Clean look. The home offers 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a private den with Sleeper Sofa and bedding for up to 19 guests.

This home offers a unique setting which is apparent as soon as you step from the front driveway to the meandering walkways that take you past the outdoor putting green, through the live oaks and down to the large private pool surrounded by lush landscaping and ocean breezes. The outdoor areas are the highlight of the home with multiple levels of furnished patios taking in the ocean views from different perspectives.

Step inside this unique one-level home and you feel like you are entering a quaint cottage with a coastal flair. The home has been professionally decorated in a way that feels updated while preserving the wood beams and character of the original structure. Multiple living spaces offer plenty of room to spread out from the living room to the sun porch and other sitting nooks in common areas.

The beautiful bedrooms have access to full baths, designed for comfort and privacy. The main home has 4 bedrooms, including a master suite with king bed, ocean view and full bath with walk-in shower and a guest suite with king bed, ocean view and full bath with walk-in shower. The other bedrooms in the main home include a guest suite with king bed and full bath with shower/tub combination and a bunk bedroom with a full hall bath right outside the door that also features a shower/tub combination. The bunk beds have twins on top, full mattresses on bottom and one of them has a twin trundle underneath. There is also a private den with a queen sleeper sofa, and guests of this bedroom can use a powder room (half bath) or the full bath in the hallway outside the bunk room.

The 5th bedroom, Cottage Suite, is actually under the same roof as the detached garage and features 2 queen beds and a full bath with shower/tub combination. This suite includes a coffee maker and beverage cooler for your convenience.

All of the bedrooms and common areas feature flat screen TVs and the home is outfitted with wireless internet throughout. The private swimming pool can be heated (for an additional fee) and the spa can be turned on/off manually throughout your stay.

Sea Pines is a world-class vacation resort with pristine beaches, miles of biking trails, Lawton Stables with live petting zoo, public golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, Racquet Clubs, shopping, restaurants and fully operational marinas in Harbour Town and South Beach with water sports, fishing charters and live entertainment. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort.
