Could Not Have Been Better

Inviting, cleanly, and SO hospitable. We were excited to hit town, but KW Villas makes hanging around their beautiful property just as great!! Perfect Stay Key West

If you are looking for the perfect stay in Key West, look no further! From the unit itself with the private Balcony, to the incredible hosts and then the location (one block in from the middle of the Duval street) we could have not asked for more. So close to everything yet far enough not to hear all the fun taking place daily. The daily breakfasts and the happy hour are perfect to get to day started and then the evening. We cannot thank you enough for sharing one of your private unites with us. We will see you again for sure!

Every Detail Accounted For

The hosts are clearly passionate about Key West & their guests’ enjoyment! From a warm & friendly check-in, to the clean & cheerful room - a fun & comfortable pool, this place had it all. A guest laundry area was so helpful & small details made the stay wonderful - pool towels, small insulated bags for lunch in the heat, abundant water & snacks PLUS a generous happy hour each day. Did I mention the great spread for breakfast? We had a delightful stay - the accommodations were close to everything, but quiet & relaxing. I HIGHLY recommend these hosts!

Short Stay - Will Return

We are visiting SW Florida and contemplating a move with our family to the area. We decided to take a weekend jaunt to Key West aboard the ferry service and stayed only one night. It was a great night and couple of days. The hosts accelerated the check in process for us and allowed us to relax and rest from the early travel and heat of the summer in their beautiful and spacious unit. The location couldn’t have been better if you want to be in the thick of the action on Duval St. Practically equal distance to the north and south ends of the island and right in the midst of all that Duval St has to offer is a perfect, inviting and relaxing oasis to refresh and recharge. The hosts couldn’t have been more accommodating and gracious and made our stay easy and welcoming with great hospitality and recommendations for the local area. We will return either as a family or as a couple for a longer stay to adequately enjoy and explore Key West. As it stands, it’s a great family memory and stand out experience of the summer for us. We shall return.

Hidden Gem in the middle of it all!

We are frequent travelers to KW and have never stayed at the same property twice. Some are good, some leave something to be desired. Kevin & Heather's Key West Villas change all of that! We already rebooked for our second stay. It's a great facility. Supremely clean and quiet. The suites are delightful, airy & have excellent A/C. More importantly, the people make this place. Breakfast, snacks and group happy hour with daily themed shots with the other guests are a complete riot. The central pool and hot tub area are prime gathering spaces to get together, float and shoot the breeze. The proprietors are friendly, genuinely concerned with your enjoyment and the best communicators I've ever seen regarding your run up to the stay and through the entire trip. Looking forward to being back multiple times. See you soon!

AMAZING stay!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Key West Villas. Kevin and Heather were amazing! From the moment we walked through the door, their hospitality was on point. Free bottle of wine at check in. Top shelf happy hour was complimentary as were free snacks, soda and water. The villa was extremely clean and well equipped!

Wonderful, clean, updated villa located right off Duval Street. The hosts were super friendly and available. The free happy hour was awesome with a full bar!😁. Beautiful pool and hot tub area. It’s the perfect relaxing get-away but also close to all the action.

If you are planning on staying in Key West, you MUST, MUST, MUST stay at Key West Villas!!!! Heather and Kevin the owners do an absolute phenomenal job at making your stay the very best. They are super friendly and helpful. The property is meticulously maintained, the location is perfect, literally steps from Duval St. I would ABSOLUTELY 100% stay here again and have already recommended this property to friends and family. BEST place to stay!

Everything about this stay was literally the best--from check in, to location, to customer service! The house was beautiful and clean, the amenities were top of the line, and the location was very quiet for being 1/2 a block off of Duval. Will definitely stay here again when we return to KW!

Key West Villas is by far the best place to stay in Key West, the location is perfect, situated close to Duval Street. The villas are very clean and the amenities provided are exceptional!!! Best Experience Traveling

Kevin and Heather were two of the best people I’ve ever met! The property was the the number one location for Key West as well as for the Fantasy Fest festival. Returning next year same time.

Amazing location and the place/owners are amazing!

This is the perfect location just off Duval! The owners/staff were great! Had breakfast and Happy hour every day. The pool/hot tub were wonderful. Even the other guests were fun. 10 out of 10 stars and we can’t wait to go back!

Will never stay anywhere else in Key West

We had an exceptional time, the property was amazing, and the service was phenomenal. Breakfast in the morning, snacks available all day, and happy hour every afternoon. Location is right next to all the action you'll need. We recommend Key West Villas to anyone looking for a place to stay in the heart of Old Town, Key West.

A Must-Stay Option for Key West!

I can’t say enough positive things about our experience at the Villas. The hosts were very communicative and attentive to our needs during our stay. They really made an effort to create a personable experience with us, something you just can’t get a major hotel chain. We stayed in Villa #3 which was two floors and slept six. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool is the perfect size for the amount of guests staying in the Villas. Each morning we had access to a breakfast spread of fresh bagels, muffins, coffee, and mimosas. Additionally, another great highlight was the free happy hour. I would receive a text message with the Shot of the Day, something we all grew to look forward to. The drinks all were named after the Villas and were all delicious.
