UBICACIÓN DE LA CIUDAD ANTIGUA ...
Una casa bellamente amueblada y cómoda, ubicada a poca distancia de la calle Duval.  Entregue las bicicletas y rara vez necesitará su vehículo para moverse por la isla.  

MOBILIARIO...
Mobiliario actualizado en toda esta encantadora casa de 2 dormitorios.  El salón cuenta con techos abovedados y tiene varias puertas francesas que se abren a la terraza y la piscina.  La cocina se encuentra fuera de la sala de estar y está totalmente equipada para satisfacer todas sus necesidades de cocina.  Hay ventiladores de techo y televisores de pantalla plana ubicados en cada habitación, así como armarios para guardar todas sus pertenencias.

ARREGLOS PARA DORMIR...
El dormitorio principal se encuentra en el segundo piso y está equipado con una cómoda cama king size y baño completo con azulejos en suite.  El dormitorio de invitados se encuentra en el primer piso y tiene dos camas individuales que se pueden convertir cómodamente en un rey para satisfacer sus necesidades.  También hay un baño completo ubicado al lado de la habitación de invitados. También hay un sofá cama ubicado en la sala de estar para invitados adicionales para dormir.

PISCINA Y VIVIENDA AL AIRE LIBRE ...
Abra las puertas francesas traseras y salga a una pequeña piscina privada donde puede refrescarse.  La cubierta está equipada con dos tumbonas y una pequeña mesa para dos.

Very cute home, very clean and we loved the location (walkable to marina, shops, restaurants). We would stay there again.Could improve by adding a dresser in master bedroom to be able to hang clothes.

We spent three quiet nights at the cottage. Nothing out of the ordinary for Florida — a little mold, a little old, but overall a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, and it had the basic amenities we needed. With a bit of upkeep, it could be a really charming spot.

This is a traditional conch-style home, and we actively manage humidity with dehumidifiers and proper air circulation to maintain a fresh environment. While we haven’t observed any mold issues, we’ll certainly take another look to ensure everything is in top condition for future guests. Overall a great house for a small family. Location is easy walk to Marina, duval a bit further. Very quiet neighborhood. Pool is small (Think dinning room table size). Shower upstairs has zero water pressure and odd layout but expected in the old bungalows of key west. Downstairs shower was great. Even with some negatives, we’d stay there again. Great price for what you get.

Perfect Location

Absolutely perfect little treasure in an exceptional location. Close to everything, beautiful, clean and comfortable house. Despite a hiccup with the air conditioning on night one, and a very rapid response by management, the trip was ideal. We go every year and this is hands down one of the best properties we have stayed at in Key West.

Perfect place for my wife and me. Close enough to walk to Duval Street, Hemingway’s house, Truman Whitehouse and other points of interest, but far enough for peace and quiet. Good restaurants only a few blocks away and a great bakery just around the corner. Cozy house. Cocktail pool was a refreshing retreat from the heat and humidity.

Great stay

We would stay again. The home is in a great location, great walks every morning to get coffee at Doing Work Coffee. Beautiful Royal Poinciana out front. Great front porch with rocking chairs. The little plunge pool was great after our daily pickleball games. The only thing is the upstairs room does struggle to cool but other than that it’s a great little house!

The property was just as described. Very clean, beautiful home. The heated pool was nice at the end of the day. We were further from Duvall than I had hoped but, still walkable.

This is our second time staying here and the place is still great. Perfect location, close enough to walk but far enough that it’s very quiet. We will be back in Key West and likely make this our home base destination once again. Thanks for a great time!

Wonderful location

We enjoyed our stay in key west! Very walkable for us (family w 2 toddlers) and so much to do/see close to downtown. Quiet and peaceful off the Main Street, besides the local early bird roosters :) Look forward to returning!

Thank you for your review Jennifer, we are thrilled you enjoyed this property. We wish we could all our guest check in early and check out late. The cleaners are on a tight schedule on our busy island so we must respect that to make sure all our guest enjoy a squeaky clean rental. Our concierge service does offer luggage storage however although we understand it isn't as easy as staying in the home a little longer. We hope this won't keep you from staying with us again. Thank you for being our guest!
