Practically perfect in every way

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has been visiting Key West for decades, so we had high expectations for Sea Conch leading up to our trip. Those expectations were exceeded thanks to the stellar accommodations and customer service from Historic Key West Vacation Rentals. The layout of the unit was perfect for our group (two couples and a baby). Both couples enjoyed an extremely comfortable bed and their own en suite bathroom. We loved the open floor plan of the living area/kitchen, leading out to the pool-it was both spacious and cozy. The front and back porches served us well as places to kick back with a slice of key lime pie or cup of coffee. One unexpected delight was the washer/dryer setup-who would have thought we'd find high-end LG models at a rental property? In short, we felt right at home. There were a couple of small issues that were rectified with alacrity by the rental team: upon arrival, the floors were a bit dirty and the pool area needed some attention following high winds. They jumped right on our requests to ensure we were taken care of. We would certainly stay here again!

Sea Conch House

This is a fabulous property, with everything you could need in an excellent location….mid way on the island and couple blocks off Duval so easy walking and no noise. We have stayed here before and will come back again. The backyard is like an Oasis!

Historical Gem with pool!

Perfect home within walking distance of everything. After site seeing, the heated pool was a wonderful place to take a dip and relax. Would definitely stay again & recommend to friends traveling to Key West.

Although the weather was not cooperative, the house was awesome. Great location and close to everything. Management company was excellent - checked in periodically with us via text. We had an awesome stay and will be back.

A perfect place for the 5 of us: Age 10 months to 77. We enjoyed the pool and quiet neighborhood. A 5-minute walk to some great local restaurants (Bob's on Margaret) and Duval St. We'll definitely return to this house and we'll use HKWVR again; top notch!

Great property and very clean. Beautiful pool with tropical landscaping surrounding. Very relaxing atmosphere in the heart of Key West. Kitchen is fully equipped tp make your own meals or cook for a group. Would definately return!

Excellent Experience for the entire family

This was our family's first time in Key West. The location of the property was perfect. The property management team went over and beyond to make this a lovely vacation. The house was beautiful and at the end of a busy day around town the pool was a perfect oasis to rest and cool off. We will definitely be back!
