Mucho que hacer y ver en un ambiente exótico, funky y relajado. Camine por la playa por millas y encuentre vidrio marino u otros tesoros. Venga a descubrir por qué la autopista 413 es conocida como 'El camino hacia la felicidad' y el cartel dice: 'Rincón: el secreto mejor guardado de Puerto Rico. Más que un destino. Un sentimiento. Una actitud. Un ambiente.' Su alojamiento es excelente: ¡todo el último piso de un edificio de 3 pisos, por lo que muchas ventanas y luz y vistas al océano son increíbles desde casi todas las habitaciones! Hay una terraza en la azotea con baño y patio junto a la playa con escaleras a la playa. Los tres dormitorios tienen aire acondicionado y la brisa tropical que mantienen todo el año cómodo con ventiladores de techo en todas las habitaciones. Capacidad para 7 personas con una cama matrimonial, cama queen y 3 camas individuales. Los amantes del deporte y los adictos a las noticias pueden permanecer conectados con Smart TV Roku Wi-Fi, Cable &. Alquilar tablas de surf al lado y tomar clases. Esta es la vida en la playa en Rincón! Despertar y comprobar el surf sin salir de la habitación. Excelentes restaurantes a poca distancia. Compra en el producto fresco en el mercado de agricultores y recoger pescado fresco de los pescadores. Reloj de la ballena jorobada fiesta desde finales de enero hasta principios de abril a partir de su mesa de comedor. Camina hacia excelentes restaurantes y vida nocturna. ¿Puede haber algo mejor?

Quiet convenient location ! Our active family of 5 goes hard all day playing then wants to chill at night, play games & cook in. Place is as advertised & the management communication excellent .

extremely great for our family. 5 and 7 year old kids. 5 steps down off the porch to the beach with amazing water and beach treasures to be found, it was an amazing week in paradise. it was also a a convenient jumping off point to other local beaches for snorkeling and a different feel than sandy beach. in the end sandy beach was our favorite and we spent most of our time directly in front of the condo on the beach or grilling on the rooftop. we want to go back every year now.

Loved the location and plenty of room in house. Beach was perfect and loved having walkable restaurants nearby. We enjoyed downtown Rincon as well! Convenient to have board rentals right next door. Beautiful sunsets and sunrise!

Checks off every thing on your list for a beach getaway

Words can’t describe what a wonderful stay this was. location was perfect with the Villa being steps away from the beach. Daily walks to restaurants and bars on and off the beach, waterfalls 45min away, Downtown 10min away, Domes Beach is a must, boat/snorkle excursion, plus so much more we explored around the area. We also rented the 1st floor so our family and friends could stay close but also have their own space. It worked out perfectly! The rooftop was great for morning views and coffee and dinner with everyone. The long car ride to Rincon is well worth it if you are debating that. I would recommend traveling the longer route around to the south. Way less traffic, people, and a prettier view. Thanks for a remarkable stay

One of our favorite places to stay in Rincon. Erica and Ryan were phenomenal with their communication and you can not beat the location and amenities. Not our first stay here and definitely won’t be our last. Thank you!!!

Relaxation

Our plan was to explore more of the surrounding area. We didn't do much of that because we loved the place so much. I have never returned from a vacation so relaxed. The breezes through the beautiful place, on the balcony, and on the roof were just heavenly.

Really is Paradise

Just a perfect week in the most perfect spot. Sandy beach is beautiful and great for swimming and close to surfing and snorkeling beaches. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Will be coming back!

Fantastic trip! Third time visiting Sandy Beach, first time staying in this condo. The mgmt company was fantastic to work with. They were very responsive. Condo was well appointed, clean, and the roof top terrace was great. We'd stay here again.

awesome location!

Stayed with my family, two small children incuded. We had an amazing time. The view from the windows and balcony are absolutely breathtaking. Waking up and falling asleeo to the ocean waves was so lovely. We really enjoyed being right on the beach. The location is perfect, walking distance to restaurants, shops. The house has a generator and air which was helpful. Erica and Ryan who manage the property where so easy to contact and so kind and helpful. Would recommend staying here to anyone.

Just what we hoped for

We had an amazing vacation in this lovely location. The accommodations were just like the pictures. The beach was perfect for resting, swimming or surfing. Close by to other great surf locations. Delicious restaurants nearby ( we loved Red Flamboyant) We arrived at the end of a power outage and our hosts were accessible and helpful. Will stay here again if we make it back to Puerto Rico.

A perfect home on the beach

The place is just great in every way, especially if you have surfers in your group. The beach upfront was a bit rough for swimming during our stay but very pleasant for sitting and relaxing with plenty of shade. The house itself is beautiful and very comfortable for 4-5 adults. We alternated between eating out locally (a few choices within walking distance) and cooking at home and even found some fresh fish in town to grill on the rooftop. Erica and the crew were extremely responsive to any questions and did their best to smooth things out during an island-wide power outage on New Year’s Eve.

The best!

My sons went there to surf. I went for the ocean breezes and walks on the smooth, shell-free beaches. What we got from this amazing place was better than advertised: the ocean practically at our doorstep, coconut palms sheltering our third-floor balcony, panoramic views one floor above and a perfectly appointed home that had everything we needed as well as one thing we never needed: air conditioning -- the December ocean breezes were enough to cool all the rooms, morning and night. Easily the best family vacation place we've ever rented.

60th birthday girls celebration

This place was amazing!!! Set right on Sandy Beach. Seas were surf ready which we weren't expecting but it was very entertaining & we loved hearing the waves at night. You couldn't swim but the weather was nice enough to just get our feet wet. Never had any night noise that kept us awake. Loved walking the beach in the morning. Surf trailer rental is in lot next door. No problems w that either. Pkg was tight bc w had a mini van but very doable. If cooking make sure to bring spices/condiments as none are in unit. Beds were very comfortable & water pressure was great! Loved having 3rd floor deck w views over palm trees to ocean. Great little gift shop across the street. Had great dinner in downtown on 1st night at Capriccio Trattoria after quickly walking thru Art Walk, as we were running late. It took us 3+ hrs to get in from San Juan bc there was so much traffic! Didn't make it to those caves on way buy highly recommend you take the time to go to them. One of the most beautiful places in the world along the cliff/beach areas. We did this on our way back to SJ/Laquillo area.

Perfect location and great hosts!

This place was awesome. Perfect location and great hosts. We had questions and they were more than happy to help and answer. The home was perfect for a relaxing vacation on the beach. I would recommend to family and friends. Cant wait to go back!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We've always dreamed of living on the ocean. In 2002 we stayed at a friend's condo on another Rincon beach for spring break. We walked by our property on this beach that was just constructed and fell in love with it. There were no high rise hotels or condo's on the beach and there were plenty of great restaurants and things to do in the area. Our daughters love the beach and it attracts all ages. Lots to do for young adults and parents. The people here are very friendly. Puerto Rico is exotic but is a territory of the US so no passport is required, money is the same and the real estate laws are very similar. I'm a realtor and can work well from my Puerto Rico 'home office' because we are well connected with cell phone reception and internet service.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

You can walk to several great restaurants and bars so it's nice to have that convenience. The views are exceptional, I think the best in Rincon, so we hate to leave the place once we get there. We love to dine on the roof top terrace and watch the moon & stars. We're on a peninsula on the farthest western point of Puerto Rico so you have interesting panoramic views. We look out on the Aguadilla peninsula in the distance. The sunsets are amazing! We love to walk the beach, some of it stretches along DNR owned property with no homes, and find interesting sea glass and shells. Most of all we love to relax and just take in the sun and watch the waves stack up and roll in.
