Our cozy rose-covered cottage was lovingly restored to provide our family and friends with a relaxing retreat on Cape Cod. We invite you to enjoy playing yard games in our backyard, grill today's catch on the deck, and curl up around a fire after a fund day at the beach. Two bedrooms with queen-sized beds make this the perfect getaway for couples. Our home is 5 min from Cape Cod Winery and 8 min from downtown Falmouth and the beach.
Please park on the gravel driveway. There is space for two cars.

There are a few things we ask you to do before you leave:
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Wash all other dishes, set them to dry on the drying rack
- Clean out the pantry, fridge, and freezer with any food you purchased while you -were here
- Take out the trash/recycling (including the bathroom trash) and drop it in the trash cans/recycling can next to the house
- Double-check for all personal belongings

Helpful Reminders:
- Please clean up messes on the countertops/island with the white/gray spray bottle (vinegar and water) ONLY.
- Grill: please turn off propane and clean the grill and replace the grill cover when you’re done!
- Please close the umbrella and store outdoor cushions when you’re not using them. Chair cushions can be found in the storage container.
- You’re welcome to use our fire pit, but you are required to safely put out the fire with water from the nearby hose when you’re done using it.
- The cafe lights will automatically turn off at 11 pm.
