One of the best houses we've ever stayed in!

My family and I (4 seniors) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and well appointed home! It was exactly as described in VRBO and was even better than shown in the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything anyone may need. We had plenty of room and privacy. We especially enjoyed morning coffee and afternoon cocktails on the patio - the garden is very lovely. Pam was easy to work with and very responsive. We would highly recommend this home to anyone staying in the area. If we are ever here again, we will definitely rebook.

A Perfect Choice

Our family couldn't have been happier when we saw this home. It was everything we hoped for and more. The perfect location for privacy and just a short walk or bike ride to the beach. Water views, high end appliances and furnishings, very clean and everyone had their own bath! Spacious, a quite neighborhood and just a short drive to shopping and grocery. Pam, the owner was very nice and always available when we had questions. We would love to return and would highly recommend Peters' Cove.

Exceptional in Every Way

This wonderful home truly has every convenience, and it wants for nothing. Its position, decor, design, and facilities are all superb, the host Pam has put a lot of thought, love and care into making this the perfect home. A lovely beach is minutes away, and exploring Cape Cod and the islands is very easy from East Falmouth. We are looking forward to our return visit to this property in 2019. Perhaps Our Favorite Family Vacation EVER!

If you are looking for a charming and luxurious home away from home, then THIS IS IT! Pam spared no dollar or detail in building this gorgeous, waterfront home, which housed our busy family of five for a full week in June. In addition to show-stopping fixtures and high-end finishings, the house boasted endless amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable. For those who love to cook, you will love the endless array of cookware, appliances, dishes and utensils. Beds were top-notch with comfortable mattresses and inviting linens. Landscaping is award-winning and the views are unforgettable! The convenient location made biking to the beach a breeze. Spacious rooms provided a perfect respite for our tired family after busy day trips to Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket, and downtown Boston. Extra finishes such as candles, local photos and Cape Cod magazines added that extra-special touch of elegance and class. We are seasoned travelers who have stayed in a variety of VRBO homes, yet we can't rave enough about this one. From the moment we turned onto the pebble driveway, we knew we were somewhere very special. Turning 65 on the Cape

Best Stay in a VRBO Property yet. The minute we drove up the drive (easy to find) we knew this was going to be an awesome stay. They setting was only outdone by the interior of the home. We fell in love with the place. We lacked for nothing in any way and all the rooms were beautiful. Excellent base to explore the Cape and islands. If you like to cook the kitchen is to die for. Stunning setting and very well done landscaping. Pam is an excellent host and very easy to communicate with. Did not want to leave at the end of our time. The home gets an A +++++ TEN STAR Rating. We will be coming back soon - I hope ! Paul, Janet, and Margo from Colorado - Go Bronco's !

Beyond our Expectations

We knew we would enjoy our stay the moment we walked through the front door. There are so many details that you don't notice in the photos that make it feel like home. Somehow Pam has managed to make the house bright, cheerful and cozy at the same time. We rented Kayaks and kept them at the house. I loved watching the sun rise on early morning outings. At one point I thought the only thing the house was mssing was a knife sharpener and within 2 minutes I came across one. It is truly a perfect spot for a week away from home. If it sounds like I am gushing, it is the way we all felt.

Fantastic House

Pam’s house was a tranquil retreat minutes from beaches, shops and restaurants. The house was well stocked and beautifully decorated. Pam was very helpful and friendly. We definitely want to come again.

Amazing property, exceeded expectations.

Absolutely great experience. Beautiful property that exceeded our expectations. Pam was a wonderful host with great communication and it’s clear she puts a lot of effort into maintaining the house and grounds. Great location close to the beach and nearby amenities (downtown Falmouth and Mashpee commons). Could easily spend days staying at the house enjoying the views and wildlife, but there’s also plenty to explore in the area. Would highly recommend.

A WONDERFUL Trip

Though we are frequent visitors to Cape Cod, we had never been to Falmouth and wanted to explore. Pam was an amazing and generous host, her house is exactly as pictured (if not even better!) and my children and I haven't been as relaxed as we were during our stay in a very long time!

The perfect escape!

The property and house were fabulous with an attention to detail that is unusual to find. It was so easy to completely get lost staring at the quiet cove through a lovely garden, watching different types of birds land in the water or marsh grass while sipping coffee or a glass of wine. Pam was so accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay again in this beautiful home—thank you, Pam!

This property is gorgeous and had everything we needed for our stay. If the forecast calls for sun, make sure not to sleep in to catch the beautiful sunrises. The house was immaculate and Pam was a pleasure to deal with.

Beautiful home with water view

What a beautiful home! Even better than what we were expecting from the pictures. Pam is so accommodating and welcomed us. The view of the water is amazing and such a nice tranquil setting. We stayed with our teenage kids and the house is set up to really allow everyone to have their own space. The main living area and kitchen is great for family hangouts and the gormet kitchen has everything you need. We really enjoyed the patio and cooking on the grill. We will definitely come back! Thanks Pam for sharing your wonderful home!

Fabulous!

Pam's place is just fabulous. Everything seems new, the beds are super comfy, the chef's kitchen is outfitted perfectly and completely, the main living space very comfortable for our family of six, and the additional upstairs living area and balcony great for that bit of separation that every family needs sometimes. A highlight of the house are the patio and gardens, where we spent most of our time. We usually spend our days poking around Cape Cod, but the house and garden is so nice, we just hung out there our entire 2-week holiday. We rented two kayaks are were able to put them into Eel Pond right from the house and explore Washburn Island. Pam was a great host, having one of the bicycle tires fixed when it was flat so our whole family could ride the 4 bikes provided! We will certainly be back. Thanks Pam!

Loved every minute!!!!

I have used homeaway several times and this property was the best. Pam has literally everything you could possibly think of. The house is well equipped and beautiful. It is close to restaurants, stores and the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. I would LOVE to come back. Three couples had individual bedrooms with baths and thermostats. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Beautiful home and gardens with a fabulous view of the river.

This home is stunning and has everything you can possibly need. The kitchen is well stocked so making a few meals was a breeze. There are also several good restaurants nearby in Falmouth and Woods Hole. The Shining Sea bike path was also a wonderful outing. Hopefully we will be able to come back again!

Dream home. We loved it.

This was a fantastic vacation for my family. The home is beautiful and immaculate. All the bedrooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is laid out perfectly and has a terrific view of the beautiful backyard and water. The property is so well kept. Every detail of the house is top quality. The home is perfectly set up to entertain your family inside and out. Our hostess Pam was very attentive and so nice. The Shining Seas Bikeway is nearby and you can use that to bike over to Woods Hole..The home is very close to the public beaches. We were able to kayak from the property out to Washburn Island in minutes and spent the day on a private beach. There is also easy access to stores, restaurants, Woods Hole and Marthas Vineyard. This was one vacation we will never forget. Thank you Pam!

A Perfect Stay

The house is beautiful and in a perfect location. The beds are so comfortable and the house is equipped with everything you would need for a perfect vacation. You can walk to the beach and the nearby restaurants and shops were a short drive away. This house is much better in person. It is very private which made for a relaxing time. We will definitely be back! Pam's home is perfectly decorated and extremely clean. It was such a pleasure to stay!

I have been a year round resident of Falmouth since 1970. I remember when you knew everyone in town! I married into a well established family and raised two sons here. In the mid 1980's I was very involved with building on and off the cape. I transitioned over to selling real estate in 1990 when I opened my own agency. I ran it for 18 years! I have now been with William Raveis RE as a top producer since 2009. I am an established local professional lady. Known in the community. Renting from me with be a pleasant and smooth experience.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I have been looking for a spot to build on that would be my home for over a decade. A spot that I would never leave. I found it in 2011! 368 Central Ave. A long time local family's homestead. A family I knew. They asked me to list it and I could not sleep for days thinking about it. One bedroom.... furnace in the kitchen, Funky house that grandma built but I loved it. I tried to work with the cottage but it had to come down. Years of planning and saving, working with conservation and the like has been a labor of love. If you are looking for a wonderful experience in a fresh, clean million $ house. Here is your chance!
