Cocoonr agency offers you for rent, in Lancieux, this charming house 800m from the main beach of Lancieux ‘Saint-Sieu’. With a surface area of 200 m² and spread over three levels, it can accommodate up to 10 travellers. It is ideal for a stay with family or friends.

It has a lovely 30 m² living room (with wood-burning stove), a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 300 m² garden. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is as follows:

Level 1: Independent studio

Independent access from outside the studio and also accessible from inside the house. It comprises :

A fully equipped kitchen opening onto a living room, relaxation area with two armchairs, a beautiful billiard table and a dining table.
A bedroom with two single beds forming a double bed (180 x 200)
A shower room with shower, bathroom sink and WC in the shower room.

Level 2: Living area

- A 30 m² living room with TV, wood-burning stove (wood not supplied)
- A fitted kitchen with a ‘mange-debout’ and 4 seats. Equipment: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso coffee machine and filter coffee machine.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160 x200) - Closed by blackout curtain.
- A laundry area adjoining the bedroom with washing machine.
- Separate WC
- Direct access to the outside area.

Level 3: first floor - sleeping area

Upstairs, you'll find 3 separate bedrooms with wardrobe space

2 bedrooms with two single beds forming a king-size bed (180x200).
1 bedroom with two separate single beds (90 x 200).
A bathroom with bath and shower and WC.

Outside area :
- 300 m² fully enclosed garden.
- A lovely wooden terrace equipped with garden furniture, parasol and charcoal barbecue.

The house is ideally located in Lancieux. You can walk to the village of Lancieux to take advantage of the local shops (bakery, restaurants, bars, beach restaurants, etc.). The village has 6 beaches, and you can also discover the magnificent Bay of Lancieux, one of Brittany's most beautiful spots for kite-surfing!

The house is less than 45 minutes' drive from all the tourist sites (Saint-Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Cap-Fréhel, etc.).

Lancieux is just 5 minutes' drive from the neighboring village of Saint-Briac-Sur-Mer and 10 minutes from Saint-Lunaire. You will be able to take advantage of magnificent activities such as: the Dinard golf course (Saint-Briac) as well as that of Lancieux, beautiful walks on the Gr34, discover the markets and the regional products, a multitude of nautical activities...

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park one vehicle in the courtyard (city car) and 3 cars in front of the house.

- The departmental road linking the village of Saint-Briac to Lancieux passes in front of the house
- The house is not equipped with shutters but with blackout curtains.
- If you are bringing small children, the accommodation is equipped with a cot, high chair and bath.
