On the 1st floor, accessible by going up 5/6 steps, you will find:

* 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed,
* a fully equipped kitchen (cooktop, pots and pans, plates, cutlery, microwave, oven, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher) to prepare delicious meals,
* a comfortable living room with a dining area and a sofa,
* 2 full shower rooms, each including a shower, toilet, and sink.

On the upper floor, accessible via a narrow spiral staircase and therefore suitable only for guests in good physical condition, you will find:

* a kitchenette for light snacks and drinks,
* an additional relaxation area for more privacy,
* 3 bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed,
* 1 full shower room with shower and toilet.

Other remarks
➡ Note: the spiral staircase may be challenging for guests with reduced mobility or elderly guests.

➡ Party policy: No parties allowed. Significant fees will be applied in case of non-compliance. In case of complaints from neighbors or the police, guests will be asked to leave immediately without any refund. The security deposit will be retained. Please respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.

➡ Identity verification: An ID in the same name as the reservation will be required and photographed on our phone to prevent fraud.

➡ Children and babies: One baby (under 2 years old) is free. If there is more than one baby, the others must be added as “Children”.

Check-in and extra charges:
Check-in between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Check-out before 10:00 AM.
Late check-in fees:
Between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM: €30 extra.
After 10:00 PM: €50 extra.
No check-in is possible after 11:00 PM.

Final cleaning is included, but please leave the apartment in a reasonable condition, including washing the dishes and taking out the trash.
