A beautiful country rancher with easy access to interstate-5, 7min to Clark County Fairgrounds, 12min to Ilani Casino, and 24min to PDX Airport. Near WSU campus, Tri-Mountain Golf Course, many wineries/breweries, and hospitals! Plenty of parking in the oversized driveway. Equipped with TV and Alexa. Bring the whole family to this spacious home with lots of room for fun! This three bed and two bath home includes two living rooms, a game room, large dining table with seating for eight (plus five bar stools), playground outside for the kids, and a large lot!

There are two living rooms, very open floor plan in the living areas with a step down from the kitchen and dining room! The primary oversized bedroom has a king bed and a walk in closet. One of the rooms has a queen bed, and the other room has a queen bed with a twin/full bunk bed. The game room has exterior and interior entrances which are great for BBQ's and entertaining! The game room includes a billiard table, darts, Foosball table, Ping-pong, retro arcade, and Basketball pop-a-shot game. Plus, plenty of board-games for the family to enjoy!

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was very spacious with an open floor plan that allowed our family of 6 to all be together but with enough room that we weren’t on top of each other. The back porch looks out over an open field and it was nice to sit out on the porch and watch the wildlife.

Lovely place!

This home was the perfect place for my family. We all enjoyed a movie and popcorn in the theater room. The game room was awesome! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great Family Time

We enjoyed our stay here. The size of the house was perfect for our family. The outdoor space and game room were absolutely what we needed to round out a great family vacation. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent choice!

Beds were comfortable, plenty of room for 9 of us, the back yard was mostly private and quiet, and the A/C worked remarkably well during a very impressive heat wave. Very convenient location to I-5 made exploring Mt. St. Helens and the Portland area easy.

A nice place to stay

We stayed there while we were fishing on the Columbia River. The house was nice and met our needs. We had two trucks and boats, so parking was a little tight. It would be fine for normal vehicles.

Family visit to the Pacific NW

This property provided activities for my young adult boys in addition to enough room for family (the long dinner table was great as well as the kitchen island) to visit as we were able to get together with my sisters who live in Ridgefield and BC. The property was stocked with enough sundry items that we only needed to buy groceries for our stay.

Great for family!

House was great with a huge variety of activities and games. Traveled with my elderly parents, 12 year old son, and dog. Did not realize the backyard of the property was shared by other homes and was not fully fenced in, so unfortunately we couldn’t let our dog out to play safely. Other than that, had a wonderful time!

Memorable

This was the perfect vacation home for our family, we loved the kitchen, eating and enjoying the big open space, the kids loved the backyard and game room, well the adults liked it too lol. Location was perfect we explored rivers and lakes and parks!!! Nature was overwhelming beauty and it was everywhere!! My little group has stayed here three times now and plan to do so again. The location is conveniently close the the fairgrounds, which is a big plus. It is also roomy enough for a bunch of single dudes to relax and rest. Recent upgrades, including a pool table, are a nice plus as well! The host is very responsive as well. I haven’t had any issues that needed attention, but I can say that checkin information was prompt and followed up on, and that a couple questions that I’ve had were answered quickly!

Beautiful home, perfect location!

Yana was quick to get back to me with any questions. House was clean and just as expected from the listing. Nice open concept allowed for us to have family over for dinner and not feel cramped, as there was plenty of room to spread out. Play structure was a life saver with my 2 year old and my teen nephews loved the game room. When we are back up this way, we hope to be able to stay again!

Beautiful, clean and fun

I rented this home for my family to stay in while they were visiting for my son’s graduation. We had kids in the party ranging from ages 7 to 14 as well as adults between 30 and 65. With all of the amenities, there was something for everyone to be occupied, and the layout of the home allows for space between groups while still being connected. My family was sad to leave! The host was communicative and super responsive. Check in and check out was so much easier than any other place we’ve rented. We will definitely Look for reasons to come back!

The house has a bit of a quirky layout, but was a great space for our family to hang out while we were in town for a wedding. There kitchen did have a big ant problem, they were all over the counters in the kitchen, as well as the spice cupboard (don't eat the rice or sugar there). The bunk bed needs some repair, it's a metal frame that squeaked with every minute movement the kids made. We ended up putting the mattresses on the floor for the second night so we could all sleep

CA, NJ and OR finally gather!

We found Yana's house fine for all our needs - a family of 2 grandparents, our two sons and daughters in law, and 3 little ones under 5. We chose the hottest week of the year and the air conditioner kept us cool - as did the backyard and porch mister. The open-plan house kept us together when we wanted to be and the 3 distinct bed rooms gave us privacy when we needed it to deal with naps and jet lag. We enjoyed the lovely small town of Ridgefield, 3 Peaks Brewery up the street, and a quick trip to the beautiful Vancouver waterfront - great water feature there. We recommend this home.

It Served Its Purpose

We rented this house with my sister-in-law’s family and were drawn in by the high rating, modern photos, and kid-friendly features like the arcade/theater room, pool table, and swing set. The kids had a great time, which is the only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1.Unfortunately, the house is not well-maintained in general and needs a serious deep clean. We found a used bandage on the bedroom floor, the fridge water dispenser was clogged and covered with gunk, and there was mold/mildew in the coffee maker from old grounds being left in. The game room floor was dirty and had dead bugs all over, and wallpaper was stapled on and peeling throughout the house. Check-in/out was unclear with conflicting instructions between the app and what was posted in the house. Most of the furniture was extremely uncomfortable — the kind that looks fine in photos but is clearly just for show. There was nowhere cozy to sit and relax together with the kids, and the beds weren’t comfy and left us a bit achy.This could be a great stay, especially for families, but the home is not being maintained and feels run down. Our host was great and responsive, but unfortunately because of everything else, none of us would stay here again.

Spacious older home with nice upgrades and responsive owner/manager.

This is a nicely updated older home with a large open floor plan in the main living area. It is on a busy street but set far enough back off the road it is quiet. There is parking for a number of vehicles. We had 2 large trucks and had no problem with parking. Two of the bedrooms are very large and comfortable. The third bedroom is also comfortable and is of a standard size, not small. The backyard has a nice play area right off a covered deck. There is a playroom inside, although we did not use it, it would be very nice for families to use. We had a couple questions for the owner/manager and she was very responsive. We had answers within a couple minutes, not hours or days as with other properties we have rented. I can recommend this property and hope to be able to stay there again in the future. Thank you

Cozy house with a game room, playground structure, and rural setting. Lots of space to park. While this property has great features, it is not a luxury resort. This home was built in the 1950s. It has quarks and imperfections. If you are expecting all the finest details, please book a room at the Westin.

Plenty of space for everyone, and easy access to the interstate. Brewery and seafood restaurant just down the street! Ring doorbell camera in-use at the front door for added security.
