Quiet, peaceful, and the perfect getaway place! Nature and it's glory all around! Kitchen well equipped with anything you need. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. Wonderful outdoor deck with wrap around for sitting and hanging out. Stacey is a Class A hostess, very gracious and accommodating. Great place to return to year after year!

This is a beautiful quaint cabin. It's secluded and quiet. It was clean, and well taken care of. It is quite a drive back to the cabin so expect that if you book. It's not a short drive to anything, probably 45 minutes just to the post in red feather lakes. There is no AC, and we had a little furnace malfunction while we were there. Not the owners fault, things happen but it was warm inside due to this. Also there was a mitigation crew chopping down trees with chainsaws directly in front of the cabin. So we were in a work zone. Again, not the owners fault just bad timing. Overall it was a nice cabin if you're planning on not going anywhere except to fish. I would recommend it if you are there to relax, sit on the porch, and maybe do a little hiking and fishing on your trip.

Highly Recommend!

This is a fantastic place to stay. The cabin was clean, furnished thoughtfully, and extremely well equipped. The location is so peaceful and quiet. Private yet only a short drive to town and restaurants. Highly recommend!

July Getaway

The cabin was comfortable and cozy. It had a well equiped pantry and kitchen which we used a lot. Great hiking and horseback riding nearby. The location was beautiful and very peaceful.

Nice and peaceful

The cabin was beautiful. Love watching the hummingbirds, eating on the deck. Went to a few lakes and walked around. It was a great get away.

I wanted to be where the people weren’t!

My husband and I desperately needed a getaway, after the loss of a loved one, and Memorial Day weekend near the GulfCoast is a nightmare of traffic. My Brother from Another Mother lives in Fort Collins and he has always made me laugh so he met us at the Cabin for 2 of our 3 nights. This place was EXACTLY what I needed and wanted. We were very remote and had all of the amenities you could think of plus more! Getting a Full Moon, with zero light pollution, and a dusting of snow ( coming from a Florida Beach girl ) were absolutely the Cherry on Top bonus for me. We would love to stay here again!!

Perfect for a relaxing getaway

We stay at different VRBOs throughout the year in order to get out of the city. This was hands-down the best we’ve ever stayed in! We look for places away from others where we can relax and unwind, and this met that criteria. In addition all furniture, including the beds, were extremely comfortable. We will absolutely be back!

Restful

This is a beautiful cabin. Google Maps and Waze have trouble with this address but we found it and had a restful time. Well equipped and hands down the best bedding we’ve ever had at a rental. Beds are super comfy. The location feels very remote but town isn’t far away. We had a magical Christmas. I highly recommend this rental.

Awesome cabin in crystal lakes

The cabin was super clean and nice, very comfortable and relaxing. My family and i had a great stay, very close to all you need to be close to but also a little out of the way, i will definitely be staying here again, it was a great place.

Family reunion

Cabin was perfect!!!!! Very clean, comfortable. The cabin location was the problem. 10 miles from Red Feather Lakes Village on dirt roads that due to weather was difficult to drive. No open lakes, all appeared to be private. Between the weather (no control I know) and difficult driving we did nothing. Not something I would spend money to do again.

Amazing cabin

We spent a wonderful Thanksgiving away from it all at this cabin. It was even better than I expected. Delightfully remote, but easy to get into Crystal Lake/Red Feather Lakes. Impressively tidy and clean and well equipped. We plan on coming back every season for a different experience.

This property is nested in the mountains of Colorado. It is surrounded by wilderness, and you don't need to go far to see eagles, chipmunks, deer, and even the occasional moose! The area around the cabin is great for hiking, with trails that go all over the neighborhood. This is the perfect place for a tranquil getaway in nature.
