Welcome to Cul-de-sac Hideaway, a beautifully renovated, cozy, and pet-friendly retreat inspired by the rich Spanish and colonial history of St. Augustine, Florida. Designed with warmth and comfort in mind, this private open-concept home sits on a spacious half-acre lot in a quiet residential cul-de-sac—perfect for guests seeking relaxation while staying within minutes of everything the nation’s oldest city has to offer.

Located 15 minutes or less from Historic Downtown St. Augustine, St. Augustine Beach, Crescent Beach, Anastasia Island, and the St. Augustine Outlet Mall, this home offers an ideal blend of peaceful living and convenient access to beaches, restaurants, shops, and historic attractions.

Enjoy modern comfort throughout the home, featuring TWO king bedrooms, a third bedroom with two twin beds, and a queen-size sleeper sofa, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. The fully equipped updated kitchen offers everything needed for daily living or extended stays, including a well-stocked coffee and espresso bar.

Over Achiever

Absolutely perfect. We very much enjoyed the month long stay at this home. It felt large, roomy, well maintained, and inviting. The hosts were amazing. The outdoor bbq grill quit working as it should work so I messaged the host to make them aware. Brand new grill, assembled and onsite, within 24 hours. We mentioned the bath tub needed a floor mat and again, the host had a new bath mat for the tub within a few hours. If I messaged the host for any reason the response was no more than 5-10 minutes. I would not ask for better. This home and the host have exceeded my expectation in every way.

Exceptional Rental!

We stayed at the Cul-de-sac Hideaway for 3 months and can easily say it was one of our best winter rentals! The property itself is great but what really makes it top notch is the host, Sara. She goes above and beyond, within the house and in communication. She alway responded quickly, and she gave great advice on restaurants, sites, activities and events in the area. The house is spacious and comfortable. It's tastefully decorated and furnished. The open floor plan in the living/dining/kitchen areas made for ease of daily living. We loved that the bedrooms were divided, with the master on one end and the other 2 bedrooms on the other. The beds are comfortable and there's a TV in each bedroom. Nice closets and dressers The guest bath was perfect. The master bath was spacious with double sinks and large garden tub. The stool and shower are separate and there's also a large walk in closet. That was perfect for our long stay! There were plenty of nice quality towels and a nice supply of toilet paper and hand soap provided. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped and I prepared many meals during our stay. The kitchen appliances are good quality. We especially appreciated ice and water from the door of the refrigerator. We used the coffee makers and toaster oven daily. We enjoyed the fenced yard and loved the screen porch for meals or just to relax. We appreciated the grill and used it often. Great neighborhood, close to shopping and everything St Augustine has to offer.

I grew up exploring this beautiful city on school field trips and family vacations—wandering historic streets, learning local legends, and soaking in the Spanish-inspired architecture. I never imagined I’d one day be fortunate enough to call this incredible place home.

My husband and I became hosts in 2021, and sharing the charm, history, and natural beauty of America’s Oldest City has truly become one of our greatest joys. Over the years, we’ve welcomed guests from all walks of life—families on vacation, business travelers, mid-term renters, travel nurses, digital nomads, snowbirds, and those relocating, house hunting, or staying with us during renovations or new construction. No matter your reason for visiting, we want our home to feel like a comfortable, peaceful, and welcoming place to land.
