We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very nice and well decorated. The master bedroom and bathroom was very spacious. It was perfect for our small family. The location was close to many restaurants and near the public beach access.

Very good accommodations.

The place was great. The guest bedroom had two singles that are not ideal for 4 adults, so I would consider changing one single to a double bed.

Wonderful stay in St.Augustine Beach!

Great place with all amenities of home plus comfortable beds and super easy location to both beach and downtown restaurants and shops! Only con was they need a new dryer as it was not working. Overall parking and location were great! Will definitely come back and stay again!

Family getaway

My family booked a stay here to be near Marineland while my daughter attended camp. This was a great location and welcoming condo. Patty was very sweet and understanding when we had a miscommunication regarding booking. Overall we had a great time!

Home Away from Home in St. Augustine

The condo was perfect place to spend a long weekend in St. Augustine. The beach was only a short walk away and the chairs, cart and towels provided was everything you needed to enjoy a day in the sand. Patty and Harry were very responsive and provided a very well stocked & very clean apartment. We will definitely be back to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location close to town and restaurants. The walk to the beach is only a few minutes. Very nice updated condo. Loved being able to unload our luggage at the front door. Patty was great to deal with as well.

we loved this property! The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back although I may try and get a first floor unit as it may be easier with my dogs. The beach was empty and beautiful and we biked to town and enjoyed the close by restaurants as well. Everything we wanted to see was a short Uber, Drive or bike ride away. I highly recommend this condo!

We booked this property last minute for a hurricane evacuation, and it ended up being a great decision! it was perfect for our family of 4 + dog - our kids loved the pool, the beach was a little walk but readily accessible, and it was just a short drive to lots of businesses and restaurants. The property was very clean and well-stocked (the beach supplies/cart were a major bonus!), and the owners were very responsive - especially given the urgency of our situation. Highly recommend!

Holiday week vacation

We loved our stay at Villas of Ocean Gate. The condo was very clean, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen totally met our needs. The property was well kept and quiet. We enjoyed the walk to the beach every day. Most importantly for us, it was a pet friendly condo. We appreciated being so close to the beach. Our only regret is that we didn't connect with the owner sooner so that we might have been able to have a longer stay.

This has made several times we have used this rental. I had forgotten how well stocked it was both the kitchen and beach needs. Very clean and perfect for our family trip to STA. Parking is right at the door, used Walmart + and door dash for deliveries, but restaurants and grocery are very close. The only thing we were disappointed in was the weather. It stays on our favorite list!!

Relaxing vacation spot!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here for our babymoon before our baby girl arrives this fall. The location was great and only a short drive to stores, so many great restaurants and downtown St. Augustine. I will say the walk to the beach was a little far for this pregnant lady in the Florida heat, but definitely manageable. I do recommend using a beach cart/wagon if you want to take a tent, chairs, coolers etc. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was the most equipped one of any condo I’ve stayed it. We hope to come back sometime next summer for our baby girl’s first beach trip!

Great condo!

The condo was clean, spacious, and perfect for a family of four. The condo is steps from the pool and hot tub. The private beach access is on the other side of the condo complex, but the owners supply a little cart you can use if you want to make the walk easier. We found carrying our beach chairs and towels for the short walk was no big deal. The beach is quiet and beautiful. Location is a short drive to St Augustine beach restaurants, alligator farm, lighthouse, and easy 15 min drive into St Augustine. Loved the little extras, like the restaurant menus and extra towels. Felt truly like a home away from home!
