Cozy and quiet

We enjoyed our stay of 8 nights, the unit was very clean and quiet. The kitchen was completely stocked with your typical kitchen necessities. The refrigerator contained a few sparkling waters, diet cokes and condiments. There were plenty of coffee pods and some snacks. The beds were super comfortable. Loved the decor of the entire unit. We would definitely stay here again.

Very Pleasant Valencia Stay

Great place to stay! The apartment looked just like the pictures and had everything you could want. A ton of games to pick from, some snacks and even slippers! The host was incredibly responsive and was even able to accommodate a last minute extension to our stay. Awesome location central to everything. Thank you Alex!! Highly recommend this great condo in fantastic location

Great 2 week stay with wife & 2 children (16&20). Lovely condo. Spacious & well equipped. Comfy beds. 2 ensuites. Excellent aircon. Stocked with all the essentials. Instructions for accessing property were clear & easy to follow. Nice wee balcony. Keyless entry was very handy. Complex has great facilities. We used the gym & pool regularly. The pool was never busy & lots of loungers. The local residents were very friendly & we had some great days / evenings by pool & hot tub. The use of the gas BBQs was also nice. Spoiled for choice with a cinema, shopping & food options on doorstep. We particularly liked BJ’s for dine out & presto pasta & toppers pizza for take out. We also visited old town Newhall to eat at smokehouse on main, which was our favourite. The property is ideal for visiting six flags. We visited the nearby swim beach at Castaic lake several times & loved it. You can also hire a boat on the larger lake. We chose Santa Clarita as our base for visiting the LA region & did not regret it.., we were only minutes from the I5 & 30 minutes to visit Hollywood, universal, etc, we also visited Malibu, Newport, Santa Monica, etc, the LA traffic can be a grind, but only an issue once you hit LA, the road between Santa Clarita & LA was always fine. We felt we had the best of both worlds as Santa Clarita is a lovely safe town, with the better weather, best theme park & a beach at the lake which was safer for swimming, but we were still able to all the LA sights.

Better in Person!

We checked in quite easily as everything was explained clearly. The home was even better than what was online. It had every amenity you could possibly need. All the rooms were incredibly clean and the air purifiers were fabulous! We stay in Santa Clarity/Valencia quite often but always at a nearby hotel. We are definitely going to be back! We love this area because it is nearby everything; groceries, coffee, shopping, restaurants are all within walking distance. We loved our stay!

Perfect for two adults traveling together

The condo was very nice. The location was an issue as it was situated at the corner of a very busy 6 lane street. The last few nights we were there, street crews were working on the road, busting up the concrete. The commotion was so loud, the building shook. Felt like it might have been an earthquake. The walk from the garage to the condo was quite a ways - but then that meant the complex provided a safe place to walk for exercise at night. The best part was how close we were located to the mall. Lots of restaurants, even a Cheesecake Factory, and plenty of stores around for whatever was needed. Target was across the street. Went to the Apple Store, finally broke down and bought an iPad! Don't understand now why I waited so long!

Family came in to visit Magic Mountain. Host was awesome getting us checked in as we had an issue with our cellular carrier in the area. Alex went over the top to help. Unit is great. Two large beds and everything we needed for our stay. Perfect location for Magic Mountain, only 5 minutes away.
