Close enough to enjoy all that Sylvan Beach has to offer. Private enough to escape and enjoy time alone with family and friends. This house is an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, park, and casino! Want to stay in? Full kitchen, as well as outdoor grill and seating in the garage. Also a foosball table and electronic piano to enjoy. Short walk to the beach- 1 block and you're there! Linens and towels provided at no extra charge.

Fantastic location

Property and location was great! Communication with Sal was easy and check in was a breeze. Highly recommend, would absolutely stay again.

We couldn’t have hand picked a better place for our family vacation. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed down to the beach toys and towels. The owner was communicative and check in easy. The lake is steps away, everything fun (restaurants, amusement park, etc) was in walking distance. STL a beach has something going on all summer long, grab a schedule from any establishment. We like this area so much we will return.

This place was amazing! Highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place at the beach. Location was great, easy walk to anywhere you want to go. Sal was easy to communicate with and provided us with everything we needed during our stay.

Great place and location!

Sal's place was awesome! It is very well kept and he has everything you need to enjoy your time in Sylvan Beach. It is in the center of town and a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and the Midway. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in staying in the area.

Great location and great size home!

We booked this location at the last minute for the 4th of July, and truly loved it! Walking distance to the beach and town, close to the fair and restaurants. Home was clean, modern, and felt like a “home” more than a rental. We will definitely book this home again.

Well stocked with lovely interior. Within walking distance to beach, amusements and restaurants. Owner is particularly gracious, responded to texts quickly, and patiently explained whatever details I was confused about. Exiting instructions were clear and concise.

Great Beach Weekend

We were two adults and a handful of teenagers. The beach, amusement park, restaurants were all within walking distance. The property was immaculate & well-provisioned, check-in and check-out were a breeze, and communication with the owner was very pleasant. I would recommend this property to any groups looking for a stress-free stay in a great beach town!

Cozy and Convenient

The home was so cozy. A great location central to town. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. The teenagers were downstairs and the kiddos upstairs with the parents. There were plenty of towels. Absolutely relaxed and enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay

Our house was perfectly set to access not only the beach but all the fun amenities this town had to offer. We walked to pretty much every activity with no issues. The town had a small-town vibe with a police presence to make you feel safe. The volunteer fire department was also around the corner, and you knew with their loud siren! Fantastic stay for a family looking to have a relaxing time with no hustle and bustle to worry about nor large crowds.

Perfect Location

We were looking for somewhere to stay to see the eclipse and this house turned out to be perfect. Sylvan Beach is a great little town and better yet, the restaurants, beach, etc. was all within walking distance of this house. Sal was great about communicating and offered to let us in a few hours before the typical check-in time which was really nice of him. We didn't really cook but the kitchen table was great for puzzles which reminds me that Sal had games and puzzles at the house if you forget your own. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful beach property

Wonderful beach house! Beautifully decorated, very clean and perfectly appointed for a rental property. The owners provide so many items that you typically need to bring yourself. The photos don’t do the home justice! A quick walk to the beach, you can see the lake from the home. Walking distance to everything! Owners were great to work with. We’d definitely stay again and would highly recommend this property.

Great stay!

This home was just as it is described, plus more! Our family of 5, which includes 3 adult boys, had plenty of room for sleeping and spending time together. It is very well stocked with all you would need! The outdoor space/garage area was perfect for evening fires and hanging out outside. We love to be able to walk to local spots and this house is in a great location! Steps to the beach and main road but far enough to still feel some privacy! Owners were quick to respond with questions/comments. Highly recommend this rental and a visit to Sylvan Beach!!!

Family Vacation

I enjoyed the property that I had this year. It was actually on the same street that I had last year, but this property was better. We all Enjoy the place it was clean and cozy and enough room for us all and the Location was centered near everything. My only glitch was that there were one too many spiders for me (of course I do not like them) in mine and the kids bedrooms. A suggestion of maybe spraying around the home to lessen the bugs it’s what I do in my own home and it surely seems to help. But overall our stay was great!!

Wanted for nothing!

Our stay at Sal’s place was great!!! The location, at first I was a little upset that it was a tossed Main Street (I wanted to be right in the thick of things), BUT….I’m glad it wasn’t. It was close enough to walk to the beach, with all our things (the wagon in the garage was a bonus), it only took 3 minutes tops to walk there. The house is centrally located in town, so you’re within walking distance to EVERYTHING!!! The house was furnished with everything we needed, towels, linens, pots, pans, dishes, cleaning supplies…he even had extra tooth brushes, tooth paste, and Q-tips. The only thing that could’ve made our stay better, would have been the weather, but since he has no control over that…it was a perfect place to stay!!!! :)
