👥 Extra Guests - All additional guests must be approved in advance. Unauthorized guests may result in an additional charge—or, depending on the situation, immediate removal of all guests from the property without a refund.

The home is expected to be left in similar condition to when guests arrived after check out. The neighbors and neighborhood should be treated with respect- Including (but not limited to) following speed limit on the road, respecting quiet hours, keeping all pets leashed while outside, monitoring excessive noise levels and not littering in the water or yards
