Great room with perfect view

My family and I had a very relaxing time in our condo. Within walking distance to the beach and a restaurant downstairs with great food. Looking forward to coming back next summer and booking the same room. I was worried about the washer because of the previous reviews but the washer worked great.

Miramar beach

Stay was great! Communication was clear and prompt from check in to check out. Property managed by Vacasa which allows for easy communication if you were to need anything. We had everything we needed minus a few conveniences. Location was perfect for walking to the beach or shops/restaurants. Golf carts allowed/available for rent. Parking on site available.

Perfect Location

The place was perfect for our girls trip. Relaxed by the pool, short walk to the beach and short walk to a few restaurants and grocery!

This is a beautiful condo in every aspect. So clean, lovely furniture, decorations, comfy beds, beautiful shower and appliances. You could see the beach from your balcony. Cabana cafe was great on the bottom floor.

Not a great experience

The condo was pretty disappointing from the start. The floors were filthy and look to only have been swept. There was also an issue with the thermostat mysteriously moving up to 74/75 after we repeatedly set it at the requested 72 degree mark. The mattress in the MB was hard as a rock and the fitted sheet would never stay in place We never have written a review of places we stay but felt that this should be out there and be corrected.

Lovely Apartment

This apartment is nicely decorated, nice appliances, and the 2 sinks & toilets (& shower in one bathroom) were really helpful. Owners seem thoughtful about many details, and bathroom and kitchen were well-stocked. Ariel Dunes is one block away from beach, not ON beach so that was a surprise because pics look like it's on the beach.

The view of the Gulf of Mexico was wonderful. The unit was clean and well maintained. The host was easily reached. We liked having a keyless entry as well. The sliding glass door to the balcony was easy to open and this is often not the case on properties near the water. There was a Winn Dixie nearby and the shopping outlets were very nearby. We booked a Tiki Cruise from Fort Walton Beach to Crab Island. It was wonderful too.

Nice condo BUT there was no room for anything

The condo itself was great! The only downfall is there is no storage room for guest's things. There was no sheet on the bed either. They had to bring sheets. All in all, it was a nice condo.

Great location, but be prepared to shop!

The pictures accurately represent the property. It was comfortable but would be a tight fit for 6 people. There really isn’t a place to store your luggage, nor is there drawer space to unpack for a longer stay. It was very clean. The shower water pressure was poor (11th floor might have contributed to that). There were plenty of dishes, appliances, and cookware, but not even salt and pepper or coffee filters were available. The view is truly beautiful and it was convenient to have a washer and dryer in the space.

Beautiful views

The place is cute it has a great view with an easy walk right to the beach. The space was fine for my fiance and I but I think it would be crowded with anymore people than that. Not really any place to store your luggage ( we put ours on the bunk beds) it was nice to have kitchen amenities provided. The washing machine does not spin out correctly. We had to wring out our clothes by hand in order to put them into the dryer. We didn’t get a parking pass upon arrival as stated in the reservation. After getting a warning and then a 25 dollar ticket from the HOA we had a pass delivered to our door 3 days into our 4 night stay. Other than a couple negative details I would say for the most part it was a great place to stay and would return if I am ever in the area again.

Great location perfect for our family

We have family friends who own at Seascape and were excited to find this condo to be close to them. The location is great! It’s so close to 30A without being in all the craziness that it brings when you stay there … crazy rules, traffic, etc. We were also close enough to walk to a few restaurants. The walk to the beach is very short and as long as you get out to the beach early, you won’t have a problem finding space even on busy weeks ( we went Memorial Day). The condo is decorated very cute! I appreciated the shiplap, blue details, and subtle coastal decor. The bed was comfortable enough for a rental. Kitchen was well stocked with the basics for prepping food. We would stay here again. My only few negatives are as follows: The Vacasa rep who I was attempting to chat with in the Vrbo app was either a bot or several people who didn’t speak English as their primary language and didn’t read our previous messages before replying. It was very frustrating trying to add an extra night through the vrbo app / chat and the Vacasa app … that was the Vrbo chat person’s suggestion to do it through vacas app… but it didn’t work. I eventually called their help desk and got it taken care of. There were 0 extra trash bags left, 2 dish washer pods, 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner. For a place that is supposed to host up to 6 I thought that was a little stingy. The bed frame banged against the wall when you moved even just a little. We stuffed extra sheets behind it so we could sleep

Good Location, beautiful unit

The location was great, walk right across to the beach. A lot of restaurants and stores close by. The unit appears to be recently remodeled. Had plenty of towels and supplies for our 3 member family. Bunk beds were in the hallway vs having a separate room which was interesting but was fine for our 3 y/o since they are right outside the bedroom. Only thing I would recommend is that the owners add some type of interior lock or deadbolt. There was only the outdoor keypad.

Fall Break 2022

Had a great trip. This makes our 6th time to stay at AD. It’s an easy walk to the beach & the pools are never crowded. Condo had all my family of 4 needed. Nice decor & rain shower head was an added bonus.
