Ideally located at the base of the Wasatch Mountains, this beautiful home with cedar wood interior and high ceilings is surrounded by mature trees and a creek in the backyard. You'll feel like you're in a spacious cabin in the mountains but are conveniently located near Salt Lake City and three canyons.

With a hot tub on the creek, two 70” TVs, two kitchens, a two car garage, plenty of off-street parking, two decks, and accommodations to comfortably sleep 13, this house is ideal for groups looking to enjoy the outdoors.

The house is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac on 1.1 acres with a year-round creek wrapping around the back. Multiple canyons are within a short drive and quick access to the freeway makes Salt Lake City and Park City easily accessible.

The property is fabulous. Very comfortable for seven adults. The kitchen is well stocked and all the beds are very comfortable. The jacuzzi and the stream were very relaxing and we really felt like we were out away from the city.

Lovely stay

This is a great place to stay. Close to both snowbird and park city. The place offers amenities such as hot tab etc. My friends and I enjoyed our stay here.

Wonderful two nights!

We stayed at this property after seeing the Arizona and Utah parks and while visiting our son in SLC, and absolutely fell in love with this property. Super convenient, great instructions, super clean, and extremely comfortable. Will absolutely look up this property the next time we are in town!

Great ski house

We stayed here on a ski vacation. The location is so easy to get to from the airport and easy to go to various mountains around SLC. The house is setup well for families or groups of friends. The hot tub and creek in the backyard make the house feel very secluded and relaxing.

Nature abounds in a mid-century retreat

Great space for family fun, food and exploring. The location quickly takes you anywhere in the Salt Lake area but you may just want to stay and play in the beautiful yard and stream. We will return soon!

Wonderful house!

Very roomy spacious home with well-appointed kitchen. Convenient to many attractions and the ski areas. Enjoyed the hot tub. The creek is a unique and relaxing feature. The hosts are very responsive to inquiries and needs. Would stay there again.

Excellent base for a ski trip

We had an excellent stay. This house was perfect for our annual ski trip. The location on a quiet cul-de-sac was nice and very easy access to all of the resorts. And after a day of skiing, it was nice to relax in the large and well maintained hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped which made it easy to prepare meals. And the beds were comfortable for a good night's sleep. Also, Alyssa was very accommodating and quick to respond to our questions. I think everyone in our group agreed that this was by far the best rental we've had for a ski trip and would definitely rent again.

Perfect for a Group Ski Trip

10 of us stayed at this property for a ski trip to Brighton and Solitude. It was perfect! There were enough beds and bathrooms (very important) for everyone without feeling squished in. The kitchen was clean, spacious, and provided a ton of cooking tools and other supplies, which we used to cook dinner a few of the nights. The hosts were responsive and friendly, and even setup QR codes around the home with video instructions for how to use the hot tub and sauna.

Good for families

Great location. Lacking some essential supplies for cooking (measuring cups, etc) and no hangers in closets. No AC on lower level, and no AC in one of the two bedrooms upstairs. It was hot sleeping, but overall a good experience.

11 of us were meeting to celebrate the life of a dear friend we all went to college with 44 years ago and have continued to annually gather together since graduation. The house provided us with the perfect atmosphere to cook meals, tell stories, and reminisce about times gone by! It was big enough to accommodate our group and our host was attentive to any questions that might have come up. We recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to gather, relax and enjoy friends and family in a special setting.

Our stay at Alyssa’s property was incredible. The house was very spacious with all the necessary amenities to make our stay enjoyable. Alyssa was very responsive whenever we had any questions. There was a creek behind the house, which was pretty and fun to hang out at. On the day of checking out our flights got delayed unexpectedly. Alyssa was incredibly kind and accommodating, allowing us to stay well beyond the scheduled check-out time without charging us for the entire day. This gesture was especially helpful and greatly appreciated, given that it was our first time visiting Utah and we were still getting acquainted with the area. Her hospitality truly made our experience memorable, and we couldn’t have asked for a better host.

I was born here in the Salt Lake Valley and have enjoyed the amazing access we have to the outdoors all year long. From boating, rock climbing, hiking, and mountain biking in the summer to skiing, snowmobiling, and snow shoeing in the winter, there are endless opportunities to get outside and enjoy nature. I've lived out of the state and country and have come back to Utah because of what it has to offer.

This property is perfectly located at the end of a cul-de-sac with a creek in the backyard, giving it a cabin-like feel. However, you are minutes from the freeway that can take you to Big/Little Cottonwood Canyons, Park City, and downtown Salt Lake.

Situated on over an acre, this secluded property has been recently remodeled. It has a cedar wood interior with high ceilings and an open floor plan. Also includes a large hot tub next to the creek and traditional sauna. It's very spacious and ideal for large groups.
