Located on the 3rd floor, accessible by a small lift and with a surface area of 66 m², this flat has been completely renovated. A superb place to stay with your family when visiting the capital of gastronomy. Cœur de Lyon can accommodate up to 4 guests.

The flat is composed as follows:
- A living room with a wall-mounted television, a coffee table, a three-seater leather sofa and a single armchair, a round dining table that can seat 4 people
- A modern, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, stovetop, toaster, Nespresso machine, refrigerator, and more.
- A bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. A window overlooking the inner courtyard
- A long, bright hallway with a beautiful stone wall, a wardrobe area with hangers, an office area overlooking the inner courtyard, and another closet for storing clothes
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), overlooking the inner courtyard with plenty of storage space around the bed and blackout curtains
- A bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200), with a glass roof overlooking the kitchen and another overlooking the hallway with blackout blinds
