The Fulton" is a luxurious three-bedroom main house, perfect for a fun-filled gathering with family and friends. Sleeping up to six people, this spacious retreat features three beautifully appointed bedrooms. The first and second bedrooms each have a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom offers a custom-built twin over twin bunk bed, ideal for kids or extra guests.

The full-size eat-in kitchen is a true highlight, equipped with everything you need for a culinary adventure. With a large kitchen table, it's perfect for hosting meals and making memories together. The kitchen includes a full-size stove, refrigerator, microwave, drip coffee pot, and toaster, along with all the pots, pans, cups, plates, utensils, and serving dishes you could need.

The spacious living room invites relaxation, boasting a large sectional sofa and a 50-inch TV, ideal for movie nights or simply unwinding after a day of exploration. The full bath includes a tub/shower combo.

Outside, the fun continues with a charcoal grill, a fire pit surrounded by Adirondack-style chairs, and a picnic table—perfect for outdoor gatherings and roasting s'mores under the stars. Firewood is available for purchase on the property. And great news for pet lovers— "The Fulton" is pet friendly! In addition, we offer complementary kayaks, canoes, and SUP! Boat rentals are also available on-site. We have a 20' Pontoon and a 16' Bayliner. Full-Day and Half-Day rentals are offered! If interested, please inquire for pricing and details.

Great Place to Stay!!

This place was great!! Super cute, clean cozy cabin. The dock space was awesome for fishing. We rented their boat for one day and it was great!! Owners were awesome to deal with, super friendly and accommodating!! Can’t wait to go back!!

Beautiful Cabin! Amazing Location!

The cabin exceeds our expectations. Beautifully designed super clean and incredible location. Jon the property manager was available at anytime to answer any questions we had. My little one did some damage to the home and Jon was very understanding about the situation. We will definitely be back!

Our waterfront oasis offers upscale accommodations in the most beautiful setting! Our cottages, previously known as The Narrows Cottages of Old Forge, have a long history of families and friends vacationing here year after year, generations after generations for well over 50 years!

The Lakes is located on the First Lake Channel, also called the Narrows, which connects to First Lake and Old Forge Pond and various channels that link to several lakes on the Fulton Chain of Lakes. Indulge in boating, kayaking, fishing, picnicking, shopping or just sit back and experience the peace and quiet that surrounds you. The Lakes is just minutes to the Old Forge Public Beach, Water Safari, tennis courts, boat tours, churches, grocery stores, coffee shop, quaint gift shops, movie theater, arcade, miniature golf, and the community art center. Many within a walking distance! Not to mention excellent restaurants, hiking trails, lakes and ponds for fishing that are also nearby.

Also in the area are championship 18-hole golf courses: Thendara and Inlet. The McCauley Mountain chairlift and picnic area has a spectacular view of the village of Old Forge and the Fulton Chain of Lakes.
