This was our second stay and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. Wonderful location, parking, great communication for check in/out, and has everything we needed.

Location, location, location! When I’m on vacation I’d rather not drive anywhere. This is that place. 2 minutes to the beach. Felt like less. Back for lunch and siesta. Back to the beach for more sun and fun. The end unit was super convenient and quiet. Hose and bucket to wash off your feet and toys before dinner. 2 mins back out for ice cream, t-shirts and another lobster roll. The space is bright, cool, and clean. My family and I will come back to this location 101%!

Short Sands weekend

My family and I just spent the weekend at this townhouse in York. We such fun weekend. This townhouse was wonderful. We certainly enjoyed our stay, absolutely perfect location for everything from beach to restaurants and shopping. The townhouse was great, met all of our needs. It was fully equipped with everything one would need. You don’t need to bring a thing. You literally park your car and walk everywhere.

Great Experience

We had a wonderful time at York! Our house was warm, comfortable and tons of space! We were a block away from everything and truly enjoyed every moment! Highly recommend!

Incredible for beach bums!

This is the perfect location for anyone looking to spend their days at the beach! It's just a short walk, practically across the street! There is no hill to walk up and down while carting all the beach toys and chairs! The only negative my teenage daughter expressed was feeling a uncomfortable walking past the restaurant employees who took cigarette breaks in the back of Inn on the Blues. It did not bother my husband and I but worth sharing for anyone who would appreciate knowing this. I'd also say the yard in front of the townhouse row is quite an eyesore, but easily ignored as we spent all our time at the beach or indoors. These are the only reason for 4 stars. We enjoyed easy access to the parking lot with a bonus side door right next to our parking spots. It made unpacking so convenient and easy. The unit itself is immaculate and beautifuly renovated! Comfortable beds and A/C units in both bedrooms, we slept well! Each bedroom has large closets with hangers provided. The room for the kids also has a large dresser. Everything you could need is provided by the hosts, from linens and kitchen needs to beach supplies. Typically, we are not ones to watch TV but with the Olympics we are a bit more interested in sitting in the living room. The smart TV and comfortable couches were enjoyed and we even commented it being the most comfortable living space of any of our Short Sands rentals over the years. We are already hoping to stay here again next summer!

Location was great!

The location of this property was great. We were in walking distance to all the hot spots in York. The place was squeaky clean and was big enough for our party of five. We also appreciated the washer and dryer. Thanks for the lovely stay!

In the heart at Short Sands

Close to Short Sands beach, shopping, zoo and park. Nice 15-20 minute walk to Long Sands beach. Yard is small but there is a small porch. Sleeping for six was tight but all areas were very clean. Kitchen area was pleasantly large for a small unit.

Great location, I parked my car at check in and drive again until we left, very walkable. Property was exactly as listed. Owners were responsive and welcoming (which I very much appreciated since i cancelled a different property because of poor communication with that owner) they really wanted us to have a great stay! We definitely did! Thank you!

The property was perfect for our family of 4. It was clean, all necessities provided, and easy parking. The location was perfect to get to shops, food, and the beach.

Loved this place!

My family and I had a great time at this condo. The condo was perfect for all our needs--even had a washer and dryer!--but best of all you're just a hop, skip, and a jump away from the beach and dozens of shops, restaurants, and fun things to do... Like a zoo and amusement park! Be sure to check out Nubble lighthouse, too, only five minutes away. I highly recommend this place for a family who wants to vacation in York and spend time at Short Sands Beach (which is gorgeous, by the way). Portsmouth is just 15 minutes away too, so you have lots of fun options on a vacation!

Really great place!!

Nothing to complain about with this rental! Great spot close to short sands. Very clean space and well laid out. Jimmy and Tiffany were also very responsive and also reached out to make sure there were no issues.

Perfect Location

We loved the property. It was in the perfect location to walk into town, Short Sands, etc. The condo was clean, bright, and had plenty of space for the 5 of us. I would stay there again.

This was our best trip to York yet! The house was perfect- the location is ideal and the house was very comfortable and clean. Tiffany and Jimmy were super hosts and check-in/check-out process was easy and convenient. We will definitely be returning to this house.

Great stay

Our family was very happy in the Townhouse. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare food. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and shops and just around the corner from the beach. We would stay here again!
