This was easy to find location that is right in between the inlet side and the ocean side allow you access to both sides of Coca Beach. Everything was clean and was easily accessible. A quick walk to the beach and we saw a rocket launch and sea turtle tracks. The owner was fantastic about answering questions and giving local insights. We will definately be staying again.

great place!!!!!!!!

The owners were very accommodating and informative. The house was clean! organized, outfitted with everything needed to have a great time. Easy access to kayaking, and the beach 4 blocks away. The town is just north and an easy bike ride. Our stay was quiet. and the local cat was personable. Affordable. great place, the beds were great. Would recommend to anyone on a budget. The kitchen had all you would need except food.

Great Place that has everything you need

The property was great and was exactly as described. We personally loved everything the property had. It was so convienent to just take bikes out to get ice cream or Kayaks. It was so nice to not have to go through the rental process for bikes or kayaks and worry about time. They even had boggie boards for us to use. Communication was great with the owners.

Pleasantly surprised

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house felt bigger than the pictures show, the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and we loved the easy access to both the Kayak dock and the beach and took advantage of both. We would love to come back again and spend more time enjoying everything this place has to offer.

Great Family Stay

The cottage was comfortable and convenient for our family of 5, including 3 young children. The abundance of beach gear and toys made visiting the beach with young children much more convenient, enjoyable, and manageable. The location is quiet but still just a short walk to the beach, and a moderate walk or 3 minute drive to several shops and restaurants. We would highly recommend this property.

Amazing Stay!!

Fiesta Flamingo Cottage was amazing!! Great location, easy access, comfortable, clean, fun amenities. The host is awesome! She and her husband were attentive and made us feel very welcome. If our plans take us to Cocoa Beach again, Fiesta Flamingo will be our #1choice!

Great place!

This place is great! Located on a quiet side street but close to downtown. 5 minute walk to the beach. The unit is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Bikes, beach items and kayaks are included and available for your use. Janel and Mark, property managers, are terrific! They are very responsive and great to work with. We will be back!

Stay near Cocoa Beach

It is a very nice and well kept home with very comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and located a few blocks from the beach. They allow for use of their bikes and kayaks and have a laundry available for longer stays. I would definitely recommend this home to any one who wants a relaxing beach vacation.

Looks just like the pictures

Our stay here was great! Very clean and nicely kept. Its a very family friendly area with a few adult bars. The beach is a quick little walk from the place an they have beach items in case you didnt bring your own; beach umbrella,beach chairs,a cooler,a wagon to pull all your stuff and they provide beach towels! Definitely would come back an stay here again!

Excellent Location and lots to do!

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Flamingo House. Access to beach toys, kayaks, bikes and laundry really enhanced our stay. Great location within walking distance to the beach and the Thousand Island kayak area. We would stay here again!

Family friendly spot

We chose this location because of the included portable crib for our little one, available beach toys/supplies, and available kayaks. All of that delivers. The unit was clean, well stocked, and the host very responsive and accommodating. A few things that might help clarify things for other renters. None of this is a complaint, just observation. 1. This is one of three units in the same building. We had noiser neighbors for two nights and the other neighbors we didn't hear and were friendly. When I booked I assumed we had the full spot. It doesn't say that, but it doesn't imply shared either. 2. It is about a 6-10 minute walk to the beach (depending on your speed and length of legs) 3. The kayaking is great and easy to access. We bought life jackets at a local store for our younger kids. 4. There isn't a dining area inside except for an eat in counter, so if you have littler kids (like us), plan to eat outside or at the coffee table. We noticed this before booking but just a note. 5. Parking is easy and there is on-street parking as well. 6. The outdoor space for this unit isn't great. There is a swing next to an outdoor dining table right on the driveway. We didn't really use it because I felt out in the open. The other two units in this building have better outdoor spaces. We had a great stay. The beds were good. Plenty of towels, pillows, and beach supplies. We didn't use the bikes, but the kayaks were a nice plus. Easy to get to the boat launch.

Perfect for enjoying the neighborhood

The apartment was in an awesome location just blocks from the ocean and banana river. We enjoyed being able to walk to nearby restaurants and shops in the evening and spending time at the water during the day. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for the small meals and snacks we prepared there. Check in was a breeze and everything was clean. The extras were an awesome addition, beach chairs, coolers, bikes, kayaks all in good condition for use as desired.

Beach getaway

We stayed for 2 weeks and overall were very impressed. Very clean, well supplied home. The kayaks were great, we used them multiple times and saw dolphin and manatee every time! Very nice to have on site laundry. Bikes were sort of a bummer, were not in great shape and were difficult to ride, though we are bikers and are Uber fussy about the condition of our own bikes. There is also a studio apartment attached and the walls are paper thin, we could hear conversations, television, snoring through the connecting door. It wasn’t a big problem as we had very considerate neighbors and the owners have quiet hours. Owners were great and very responsive to a couple very minor problems. The beach was a 5 minute walk away in a very quiet neighborhood. Beach chairs and towels were much appreciated. Overall a great stay!!

Family beach getaway

Great location walking distance to beach access and kayak launch. We had a wonderful time kayaking. We saw dolphins, manatees, birds and even an alligator in the drainage pond across the street. There are several great small restaurants within walking/biking distance. The property had everything we needed during our stay.

Very clean. Jackie is quite accommodating, helpful and friendly. Suited our needs very well.

In a quiet neighborhood, but only a few blocks from the beach and within a reasonable distance from most activities. Highly recommend this location for quiet and comfortable getaway.
