One bedroom apartment half a block from Forsyth Park. King bed and designer furnishings. Brand new kitchen and bathroom with modern finishes. Historic building with some original details intact but mostly new!

Gorgeous decor and soaring ceilings await you in this totally renovated historic apartment steps from Forsyth Park, Starland District, SCAD etc.

This is just over 1 mile from River Street. Parking is free on the street. Wifi is free. Linens are provided for the King bed and pullout Queen sofa bed.

We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Overall great decision

Not only was the location perfect for us it was priced just right. We were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to parking was good and the place was very nice and clean.

We are glad we stayed here! I think if we come back, we would choose a different location only because the street we were on did not feel as convenient as some others and it was not as pretty as some. It was the perfect size for us. The kitchen was so nice! I think the bathroom could use an extra freshening up.

great stay

This property was in a great location. Forsyth park was beautiful. it was in walking distance. we enjoyed walking to the coffee shop 2 short blocks away. the rental was very quiet and comfortable. i highly recommend.

Great location & wonderful space

The apartment was perfect for our short stay in Savannah. The host was very responsive to messages & made sure we had a safe and enjoyable trip. A short walk to the park made this space great to bring our littles. Parking was very easy to find and never had trouble getting a space near the home. Even being downtown, this space was far enough away from most of the action that it was quiet at night. The bed was comfortable, which was fantastic after a day of walking around the city. My kids enjoyed the space, the hallway made for a great place for them to set up to play during the hot part of the day. Overall would highly recommend staying here!

Lovely Stay in Savannah

I had a wonderful stay in Savannah and so happy with my experience here. I stayed alone and felt very safe and comfortable. It was walking distance to the park and many great restaurants and shops. Walkable to downtown, I went for a great run from the house around the river. It's an adorable home that's got great natural light, beautiful and very Savannah-like finishes, great spaces. Hope to come back.

Great time away just me and the kids

Lots of walking not ideal location for 5yo but all in all great time. Had a vehicle which made it easier so just short drive w easy downtown parking.

Perfect for a mom/daughter trip

Very nicely decorated , safe, convenient , reasonably priced and clean. Highly recommend. The only negative was that the sofa bed mattress is extremely uncomfortable.

Big place with even better location

Great stay overall! Clean, cutely decorated, awesome location (can walk around and find lots to do), felt safe and very comfy bed. Only thing is the water pressure isn’t great and the walls are super thin so you can hear your neighbors if they are loud. Great communication and hospitality from owner.

Overall our stay for the weekend was amazing. Brought back a lot of memories for myself and showing my wife around. Very friendly property manager and well attentive to calls if need be. 10/10 would recommend. Don’t forget that to ask about the farmers market in Forsyth park

Excellent overall

Loved location very close to everything SCAD. Forsythe park is 1/2 block away as well as local coffee shop Bed was comfortable, bedding and linens were excellent, kitchen was nicely stocked. Would definitely recommend to others Thank you for a great stay !

Soccer and serendipity

Came to Savannah for a soccer tournament but managed to have some great meals, stumbled upon the farmers market in Forsyth Park, and loved the convenience of this cute Vrbo!

Property is in a great location at the west end of Forsyth Park. Very walkable location and easy access to transportation, eateries and shopping. Home is spotless and well appointed. Great decor and wonderful front porch to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. Bed and bedding is very comfortable. Had a wonderful stay. Mary is great and super responsive.

Very nice space. Comfortable clean. Easy street parking. Be aware you can hear everything that happens up stairs. Little to no sound proofing.

Short getaway, this was perfect location

It was perfect for a short stay. Everything was as expected and high quality. Would stay again if I’m ever back in town. Other reviews dissing this are ridiculous. The pull out bed is a pull out bed. It’s as comfortable as it could be, just throw a comforter on it and add some pillows. It is very spacious and easy to cook in. For 2 people it was great.
