This breathtaking, highly sought-after Condo located at Tidewater Beach Resort will leave you awestruck and wanting more! There’s a reason this condo has the nickname, Beach Haven! The Penthouse-style condo has two beachfront master bedrooms, a wrap-around balcony, and sunsets that will take your breath away! Beach Haven is a 2,248 sq/ft slice of heaven that sleeps 14 with plenty of space to spare. Tidewater has a plethora of amenities, including multiple swimming pools, hot tubs, a large fitness center, an arcade, a movie theater, Starbucks, and the Waves Bar & Grill onsite for easy access. Pier Parks is just a short walk and has lots of exciting activities for families, and for adults. There are restaurants, Shops, a movie theater, bars, and much more! The sugary sand and emerald water invite you to relax and soak up the rays!

Beach Haven has a spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances, A dining room table that allows you to watch the sunset while eating, and a wrap-around balcony for beautiful views! There is a washer and dryer in the unit, along with Wi-Fi, and cable.

You must be 25 and over to book. The person booking must be present if the other guests are under the required age.

There will be a cost of 60.00 in total for wristbands and parking passes. You will receive a maximum of 10 wristbands that must be worn by the adults in the party. Children under 12 don't require a wristband.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Emerald Beach Rentals provides a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen.

Best Family Reunion with 3 Generations In Paradise

This was my first VRBO. Way less expensive than renting 3 or 4 hotel rooms. The property was amazing. The beach was incredible. The room was clean and had everything we needed except food. We found a wagon in the closet that was a life saver for toting everything from beach stuff to groceries. Having 3 bathrooms was awesome too for obvious reasons. The furniture was clean and comfortable. TV's in every room. Close to everything. All in all, this was the perfect place for us and I know my sister, brother children, grandchildren and niece will remember this forever as a "remember that time when we all went to Panama City Beach?" moment. Until next time...

Awesome family retreat

We loved our time together at PCB. Condo was clean and as described. The only problem is it takes FOREVER to get an elevator! Would stay here again though. Overall an excellent trip!

Thanksgiving Break

Pictures true representation of property. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had all you needed to cook a meal. Condo is spacious and you don't feel like you are on top of each other. There were 10 in my party. Manager was very responsive. Highly recommend this property.

Beach Haven

Perfect location and we all slept comfortably. Beautiful condo and Tidewater has nice amnesties. Condo was very spacious to sleep 12. The view is absolutely breath taking. Will definitely be back!

Spring Beach Getaway

Property was as pictured; spacious and clean. Recently renovated master bath was especially nice. Plenty of room for a group of 10 to sleep and gather. Was a little nervous about being on 20th floor, but all was fine.

Beautiful family trip

This property is wonderful. The views are amazing! The rooms are huge and the beds are so very comfortable. The ONLY downfall is the elevators. Bring your patience. You can wait upwards of 30 minutes to get onto an elevator. Don't hold it against the owner as the unit is BEAUTIFUL!

Tidewater Resort

Weekend trip with friends. Tidewater Resort was a great place to stay and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious with a ocean view. The management company was quick to answer any texts sent within minutes. We read many reviews about the elevators but we had no problems and very little wait time. Don’t hesitate to book this resort

Quick family beach day

Our unit at Tidewater was perfect for a crowd - 10 people! Didnt feel croweded. Plenty of space. View from balcony was perfect! Emerald Veach was very responsive to all my needs! Helped me out a bunch! Would highly recommend booking through them!!

Slow Elevators

Overall the facilities are well maintained and very nice, but when you literally spend HOURS waiting for elevators it takes away from the enjoyment of your trip. The condo was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and if this unit were on the first or second floor and we could take the stairs I’d definitely recommend. We would not rebook because of the elevators.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the condo was great. There were a few bugs and roaches. One of the master bathroom lights didn't work but there was still lighting in the bathroom.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would rate this place 3 out of 5 stars, just barely above average. Kitchen does not have enough utensils and supplies. Have 1 trash bag when we arrived as an exemple. Cleanliness is acceptable. Balcony is too tight. Took an average literally 15-20min wait sometimes even longer.

Elevator nightmare

The condo was nice. Too many elevators not in service. Many occasions we had to wait 45 minutes to get on the elevators. I feel that the elevator situation was not a priority. We met several guest that said this has been a problem for quite some time. Many of the staff said we know it sucks. YOU SHOULD INFORM YOUR GUEST OF ELEVATORS NOT WORKING. Me and my family will not be staying there in the future.

Great Condo, Terrible Elevators!

Condo was great! Bunk room smaller than pictured, but livable. Beds comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms well stocked. Living room a bit cramped for that large a group, but we made it work with chairs from master bedroom. Deck furniture nice and comfortable. Outdoor pools nice, indoor pool was dirty. HOWEVER, we will not return because not enough elevators to avoid 30 minute waits at busy times. Being on the 20th floor made stairs impossible.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beach Haven is located in the Tidewater Beach Resort, which is ocean front and in a great location very close to Pier Park. It is indeed a HUGE condo, will sleep 12 easily, and is GORGEOUS! It was very clean and as it is a corner unit on the 20th floor the views were spectacular! A couple of improvements the owners could make that would make this fabulous condo even better would be better mattresses, as they were hard and squeaky. Also, the couches aren't very comfortable. They were roomy enough with just 4 of us using the condo but if you had a larger party there would not be nearly enough sitting room in the living area. On the plus side, the owners have left very nice beach towels in the condo, and even chairs and other beach toys/floats and that is much appreciated. I would recommend this condo, but again the most important improvement needed is new mattresses as I wouldn't want to stay a whole week on them. We were only there for 3 nights and we were there in February when the rates are lower. I wouldn't want to pay prime summer rates and be sleeping on those.
