This breathtaking, highly sought-after Condo located at Tidewater Beach Resort will leave you awestruck and wanting more! There’s a reason this condo has the nickname, Beach Haven! The Penthouse-style condo has two beachfront master bedrooms, a wrap-around balcony, and sunsets that will take your breath away! Beach Haven is a 2,248 sq/ft slice of heaven that sleeps 14 with plenty of space to spare. Tidewater has a plethora of amenities, including multiple swimming pools, hot tubs, a large fitness center, an arcade, a movie theater, Starbucks, and the Waves Bar & Grill onsite for easy access. Pier Parks is just a short walk and has lots of exciting activities for families, and for adults. There are restaurants, Shops, a movie theater, bars, and much more! The sugary sand and emerald water invite you to relax and soak up the rays!

Beach Haven has a spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances, A dining room table that allows you to watch the sunset while eating, and a wrap-around balcony for beautiful views! There is a washer and dryer in the unit, along with Wi-Fi, and cable.

You must be 25 and over to book. The person booking must be present if the other guests are under the required age.

There will be a cost of 60.00 in total for wristbands and parking passes. You will receive a maximum of 10 wristbands that must be worn by the adults in the party. Children under 12 don't require a wristband.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Emerald Beach Rentals provides a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen.

Everything was beautiful. Amazing views. The room was spacious for our family of 11. One thing I would recommend is some more plush rugs. With bringing 5 children everything echoed. The rugs would dampen the noise. Maybe another comfy couch for a capacity of 12. 2 love seats were not enough to kick back & get comfy.The bed in the second King room was creaky & uncomfortableThe resort fees were surprisingly high.We had a great time & the kids loved the bunk room. The TV in bunkroom was not functional. Was great to have the onsite laundry extra beach towels & beach toys were a nice surprise.

Elevator issues more than an inconvenience

The place was nice. We would have stayed there again if there had not been such long wait times at the elevators every time (not just check-in or out times).

12 of us just celebrated a mom/daughter senior trip. The condo was just as described, The vendor provided rental chairs and umbrella were pricey and the elevator wait times were long, otherwise zero complaints. Beautiful location, amazing views from balcony with sharks, sea turtles and string rays spotted. Condo was well stocked & gorgeous.

Best Family Reunion with 3 Generations In Paradise

This was my first VRBO. Way less expensive than renting 3 or 4 hotel rooms. The property was amazing. The beach was incredible. The room was clean and had everything we needed except food. We found a wagon in the closet that was a life saver for toting everything from beach stuff to groceries. Having 3 bathrooms was awesome too for obvious reasons. The furniture was clean and comfortable. TV's in every room. Close to everything. All in all, this was the perfect place for us and I know my sister, brother children, grandchildren and niece will remember this forever as a "remember that time when we all went to Panama City Beach?" moment. Until next time...

Thanksgiving Break

Pictures true representation of property. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had all you needed to cook a meal. Condo is spacious and you don't feel like you are on top of each other. There were 10 in my party. Manager was very responsive. Highly recommend this property.

Awesome family retreat

We loved our time together at PCB. Condo was clean and as described. The only problem is it takes FOREVER to get an elevator! Would stay here again though. Overall an excellent trip!

Elevator nightmare

The condo was nice. Too many elevators not in service. Many occasions we had to wait 45 minutes to get on the elevators. I feel that the elevator situation was not a priority. We met several guest that said this has been a problem for quite some time. Many of the staff said we know it sucks. YOU SHOULD INFORM YOUR GUEST OF ELEVATORS NOT WORKING. Me and my family will not be staying there in the future.

Beautiful family trip

This property is wonderful. The views are amazing! The rooms are huge and the beds are so very comfortable. The ONLY downfall is the elevators. Bring your patience. You can wait upwards of 30 minutes to get onto an elevator. Don't hold it against the owner as the unit is BEAUTIFUL!

Slow Elevators

Overall the facilities are well maintained and very nice, but when you literally spend HOURS waiting for elevators it takes away from the enjoyment of your trip. The condo was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and if this unit were on the first or second floor and we could take the stairs I’d definitely recommend. We would not rebook because of the elevators.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was plenty of room for 9 people that was in our group. It was close to a lot of restaurants, shopping and activities. The only fall back on the rental was the floor weren’t as clean our grandkids and some of the adults feet were black from the tile floors, the elevators need to be fixed, had long waits. Over all it was a great space.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Emerald Beach Rental company was quick to respond and very friendly to book with. The Unit was on the 20 floor with amazing views—BUT the elevators are a nightmare during busy times—it’s possible to wait and wait—30 min to an hour! Several times a couple of elevators were even down but were repaired quickly. The condo is exactly as the pictures posted. Beautiful and everything you need. We did not eat at Waves Bar and Grill. The condo has a pool on each side with a hot tub. We did enjoy the pool. The boardwalk leading to beach gets HOT! Wear shoes or you will get blisters!!! We enjoyed the Starbucks and Ice Cream shop but they don’t take Apple Pay. The gym is just OK needs updating. The arcade is a closet—for that size place you’d think it would be huge-it’s very small. We didn’t use the theatre because the movies being shown were old also you can’t even bring popcorn and a drink in.

Have 1 trash bag when we arrived as an exemple. Cleanliness is acceptable. Balcony is too tight. Took an average literally 15-20min wait sometimes even longer.

Spring Beach Getaway

Property was as pictured; spacious and clean. Recently renovated master bath was especially nice. Plenty of room for a group of 10 to sleep and gather. Was a little nervous about being on 20th floor, but all was fine.

Beach Haven

Perfect location and we all slept comfortably. Beautiful condo and Tidewater has nice amnesties. Condo was very spacious to sleep 12. The view is absolutely breath taking. Will definitely be back!
