The home is filled with games for the family to enjoy and a backyard oasis perfect for cooling off! Great location! Close to the 202, shopping and dining as well the Bell Bank Park sports facility, Salt River, and Mesa Gateway Airport. Comfortable furnishings and stylish décor make it feel like you feel right at home. 4 Bedrooms -Master Suite has a king-sized bed with a walk-in shower & dual vanities, and 3 other rooms have queen beds including a queen/Full BUNK! Indoor/Outdoor Eating areas & treed, enclosed backyard. Close to Golf courses, Restaurants, Grocery Stores, Theater/Arcade & Parks. Master suite has King size bed w/cozy bedding and pillows, bedside lamps, flat screen Smart TV, velvet Bench, full-length mirror, USB-A USB-C outlets. Master bath provides dual vanities, water closet and tiled walk in shower with Brushed Nickel wall mounted Shower Panel that has Rain Waterfall Shower Head, handheld shower head and massage jets. The master has tons of storage with 2 night stands, a spacious linen closet with hamper and dresser.

All other bedrooms have QUEEN beds!! Including one bunk which has full sized upper bunk and queen-sized lower bunk. All bedrooms have ceiling fans except bunk bed room (for safety purposes), wall mounted flat screen smart TVs, closets with velvet no slip hangers and pinch clip pant hangers, nightstands, bedside lamps and USB-A USB-C outlets. Bed all have pillow toppers, plenty of pillows, and cozy bedding for a good night's sleep. Extra blankets are located throughout the home for extra coziness.

Both upper level bathrooms have dual vanities and dual shower heads with glass enclosures. Wall mount shower dispensers provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash and makeup towels. There is also hand soap and hand sanitizer in the bathrooms as well as wall mount blow dryers and magnifying vanity mirrors.

There are plenty of places to relax either together, or spacing yourself from your other guests. There is a living room, family room, and back patio fully furnished - ample space for the entire group to kick back. WiFi and flat screen TVs throughout the home. Workspace included desk, office chair, monitor, wired/wireless internet and task light.

Pool Info-There is a per diem for the cost of Propane and will be pre-paid. The heater heats about 1-2 degrees/hr in the winter depending on the ambient temperature. No glass bottles/containers in the backyard pool area. Guests are not allowed the change the temperature of the heater or pool equipment for safety reasons. Back yard also boasts 3 tree swings, a hammock, orange tree, herb garden, a seating bench, high top pass through seating for 6, 4 burner propane gas grill with sear burner as well as a Lifetime Heavy Duty Outdoor Cornhole, Ladderball Game combo, and bocce ball set.

Make your stay decadent with a la carte items that you can order/book directly with the vendor before arrival - An outstanding personal chef that will come to the house and cook for you, an amazing in-home massage therapist, a super detailed mobile car wash, an excellent hair stylist, a makeup artist if you have a special outing to prepare for and a tasty and sweet local baker that has some breakfast goods, dinner casseroles, and desserts that can be picked up or delivered to the house. You will find an array of amazing hiking nearby at the Usery Mountain Regional Park, where you can hike the famous Wind Cave Trail and other Desert Hiking Trails Throughout Tonto National Forest. You’ll also find a huge diversity of both street and mountain biking throughout the city. For an afternoon on the water, take a short drive down to Saguaro lake and take in a few hours of sunshine swimming, boating, or sunbathing. Rent Some Jet Skis, ATV's, A Kayak Or Even Take A Relaxing Float Down The River With Salt River Tubing And Enjoy The Beautiful Arizona Mountains, Canyons, And Sunsets.

Spring Training! Sloan Park (Chicago Cubs) is within 15 minutes as well as Hohokam Stadium (Oakland A's). Salt River Fields (Diamondbacks & Rockies) and Tempe Diablo Stadium (Angels) are just over 20 mi away. The Arizona Diamondbacks' regular season stadium is only 24 miles away.

We have motion sensor cameras in the front and back yard as well as the garage. We will also have a sound monitoring system.
