** Pool & Spa Information

The pool is not heated by default.

Spa (Hot Tub) and pool heating is available for $55 per night. If you would like to use the spa and heated pool, please let us know when you make a reservation till 48 hours before check-in.

If you add the heating option during booking, the pool will be 85°F at check-in.

The spa heats quickly (30min to an hour) to 101°F and can be started as needed.

Guests may also install the removable safety fence if needed.

All pool and water feature use is at guests’ own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

A Pool & Spa Waiver must be signed before check in.

Pool and Spa heating schedule From December:

Pool heating: 10 AM – 7 PM
Hot tub heating: 7 AM – 10 AM & 7 PM – 12 AM

The pool and spa cannot heat at the same time (shared system)


** Quiet Hours & Neighborhood

Our home is located in a quiet and peaceful Chandler neighborhood.
Please observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM.
Parties and loud outdoor activities are not permitted at any time.
If a neighbor asks you to lower the volume, please be kind and respectful.

** No Smoking or Illegal Substances

Smoking or vaping is not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
Any evidence of smoking will result in a $700 additional deep cleaning fee.


** Maintenance & Trash Collection

Pool service, landscaping, and or pest control companies may visit for scheduled service.
While we try to notify guests in advance, they may sometimes arrive without prior notice.
Please allow them to complete their work — it helps keep the home in top condition for your comfort and safety.

Trash is collected every Tuesday morning and Recycle is collected every Thursday morning. Please place bins at the curb the night before collection.



** Desert Environment Notice

While we have professional pest control,
you may still see an occasional desert insect or small critter outside.
Keeping doors closed will help prevent any unwelcome visitors — thank you for your understanding.


** Air Conditioning / Heating Use

The home’s HVAC system is preset to maintain a comfortable temperature range.

(Cooling minimum temperature: 72°F
Heating maximum temperature: 84°F)

Please avoid making extreme temperature changes to protect the equipment.


** Pet Fee - $100

All fees are non-refundable.
