Thanks for staying at our property! To clarify we don't have any dogs on site or mowing scheduled on Sunday 7 am. We are a residential property located in a well established and quiet community and not hotel and there are friendly neighbors living next to us. We wish you the best of finding what fits you best in the near future!

We have a thermostat on the wall to control the AC I am unsure why you said it is not controllable. We are a family house, we are not expecting the deep cleaning under each corner of the house, therefore.. we are not expecting our guest to crawl into the cabinet with 2 inch gap on the floor, we explicitly mentioned that our house is not suitable for kid under 3 year old. We professionally clean each turnover and almost all of the guests never complained about the cleanliness of the listing. The hotel may meet your expectation better.

You wanted refund before the check in and claimed your sister is dead. R.I.P. This is exactly the Karen guest we did not want to host.

To clarify, the neighborhood is located in historic town area - not the five star hotel financial district you are looking for. Our listing is not priced high because we want to provide affordable option to people that who want just comfortable and spacious stay for the family. Some houses in this area are indeed old due to the nature of "being historic", that is why many tourists travel in this area for. Both the owners of the left/right neighbor houses next to us is super friendly and kind and not "scary" or "atrocious" at all. I would be really be careful of not using these judgmental words to describe the people who contribute to the local church and help our listing move the trash bin as well. Our house is professionally cleaned for each turnover by two cleaner ladies for more than 3 hours. For our nightly price under $140 during the holiday season in this top tourism area to accommodate more than four people of your group. Not to mention that you spill over tons of your leftover drink to our yard during your stay to cause excessive cleaning. You are asking too much. I wish you all the best.

Hi Wayne, Thanks for the feedback. We have been hosting for couple months now and just received this first pest incident report. I believe it was from recent rainy season. We have hired a pest control company and applied preventative treatment after your checkout to ensure those won't happen in the future. Regarding the other concerned areas in the feedback I have provided the feedback to my cleaner team. But I have to clarify here all of our beddings are completely replaced and washed for each turnover. Thanks for staying at our listing and we hope to see you again in the future!

Hi Joni, thanks for staying with us! The Mckinney neighborhood and other Northern Dallas areas are really safe. Our property is about 0.8 miles away from Mckinney historic downtown. Since it is located in the historic area, some houses may feel really old / unmaintained but the neighbors are friendly. You are more than welcome to stay at our listing again in the near future.
