Nice place to getaway!

Affordable and cozy accommodations, convenient to Myrtle Beach and the surrounding areas. Offstreet parking. Would stay again.

Perfect stay

The property was just as listed and even felt bigger in person. I have a 2-year-old, and she was able to run around safely. We stayed here for 3 days. My mom is from Conway, SC, so it was the perfect location for our family reunion activities. Conway is very hot in the summer, and our staycation was very cool and comfortable. The only suggestion I have is to get a new living room couch.

It was great. The only think I didnt like it was the bathroom faucet. The water was not draining st all when you wash your teeth.

The pictures did not show the true property, even though it was fairly clean not what we expected from the pictures, whatever air freshener there they use is very overpowering

Could Be a Gem

Place was clean. Couch is very old, sink to the floor when sitting and on wood blocks. Second bedroom had no sheets. Spare pillows dirty. Place could be a gem if it was fixed up, (replace flooring, furniture etc.) Neighborhood is not the best.

OK Overall

We did not stay at the property that we originally reserved. There were some difficulties in the communication process and took until the day we were checking in to get the final details on what property we were staying at and the arrival procedure. The owner did provide a different property in the same area that was larger than the original booking. The property was clean, but could have used some additional items like hand towels and flat sheets for all the beds. The location was great for easy access to downtown Conway, which is what we were going for.

Poor communication

Despite reserving this property 4 months ahead of time and verifying the reservation, via msgs on this site with the host, a month before the reservation - the day we were traveling, I hadn't received the key code nor address. Turns out the owner double-booked this property and needed to cancel my reservation. Fortunate to find a hotel (at 3x the cost) last minute, and had payment refunded 2 weeks later. But host seems to have problems with schedules, prob cause listed on multiple sites. Be wary!
