Pulling up to "Serenity by the Gulf", you're welcomed by the tropical landscaping and the upscale coastal curb appeal, immediately putting you in that vacation state of mind! No need to worry about finding a parking space, or trying to navigate a packed parking garage, there's private parking for at least 3 vehicles in the 1-car garage and driveway. Entering the home with the keyless entry system means you can go straight to your vacation, no waiting in line at a check-in desk and no keys or key cards to keep track of!

The main floor offers spacious, designated dining space with seating for 8, top-of-the-line kitchen that is fully stocked for all your cooking & baking needs, additional convenient seating at the bar area. The kitchen opens to a large living room with a super comfy sectional sofa and huge wall-mounted flat screen TV, access to the covered patio, heated pool & pool deck, a centrally located half bathroom, separate laundry room with full-sized washer & dryer, and a sizable master suite with private full bathroom! Every last detail of this home was crafted with care, and with our guest's enjoyment in mind. With gorgeous and lavish finishes such as tall ceilings, 8' doors, quartz countertops, shaker style cabinets, oversized windows offering tons of natural light, shiplap wall accents, and stainless appliances (just to name a few), this home really is a step above the rest! The well-appointed main floor master suite is situated just off the living space, overlooks the crystal-clear pool and pool deck, has a first-class king size bed, large wall-mounted flat screen TV, beautiful furniture, and an unbelievable en-suite master bathroom! The master bathroom includes a walk-in shower with floor-to-ceiling tile, double vanity area with quarts countertops, separate water closet, and walk-in closet!

Heading upstairs, you'll find another glorious master suite with attached full bathroom, 2 additional large bedrooms (3 total bedrooms upstairs), a second upstairs full bathroom, and expansive den/media room. The roomy upstairs master is comfortable and inviting, with a king size bed, and flat screen TV! The upstairs expansive den/media room has man-sized flat screen TV and two overstuffed cozy couches (sleeper sofas), it an awesome spot for hanging out when not enjoying those sugar white sandy beaches or the private heated pool!
