For your ultimate enjoyment, this vacation retreat is limited to 8 occupants, INCLUDING CHILDREN.

→Additional guest fee after 6 guests is $15 per person / per day.

→If a guest is found to bring additional unauthorized guests for their stay, it will result in additional fee of $100 per guest per day or cancellation of the Booking. Cancellations for unauthorized guests are discretion of the host.

→Check out time is at 10 AM. Cleaners will need to access the unit as early as possible to get ready for our next guest.
Late check out fees will apply at $50.00 per each half hour after 10:00 A.M. unless arrangements are made for late check out with the host.

→No Pets allowed, guests will be asked to leave without refund and will be charged a cleaning mitigation. No support animals allowed. If you bring a service pet, you must notify me of what services the pet provides.

→Smoking violation fee $200

~~Check-in time is 4 PM, early check-in is only possible after the unit is ready for you.

~~You will find wristbands for the pool and parking passes on the kitchen counter. The wristbands are reusable, they must be left in the unit after each departure, there will be a $40 charge for each lost wristband.

~~Guest can park under the building or in the 3-story parking across the street with covered skybridge. The parking pass is required to be placed on the mirror.

~~One parking pass provided. $50 plus tax per an additional parking pass. If more parking passes are needed, please let me know. Motorcycles and trailers are welcome.

Snowbird season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualify quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day on the month) and the departure date, (must be the day of 1st the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approve. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $100 cleaning fee. Let us know if you’re interested.

***SAFETY & SECURITY***
This property features a ring camera device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video when motion is detected by device and protects you 24 hours a day. No interior cameras at this property.” Any tempering or destroying video devices will result in immediate evection. Photos of the device location are available in the description photos.
