You’re about a 5-minute drive to Magnolia Plaza Shopping Center where you’ll find Publix for your grocery needs, a pharmacy, golf cart rentals, and more. Your also just a 2-minute drive to a family friendly swimming pool, and if you're looking for more activities you are just a few minutes away from a large number of recreation centers offering billiards rooms, card/board game rooms, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits. There are also multiple Country Clubs within the Villages which offer championship golfing, golf pro shops, as well as restaurants for lunch or dinner.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a TV, large walk-in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The spacious guest bedroom has a queen size bed with a large closet with plenty of hangers.
