Another great experience

This is our 2nd time staying at this house.and loved it even more the 2nd time around. Quiet and super relaxing and not far away to town and very markets. We are planning a trip in August and hope the house is available again. Mike

Amazing house, great location, we are coming back

The house was a lovely, super clean house in a great location. At night time when the sky was clear you can see the stars and the birds would be singing which was relaxing... The house itself had everything you needed for a relaxing trip, even had bottled water which was nice. My wife & I brought our laptops with us as we had to work, I used one of the bedrooms to work and my wife was teaching her college classes with ZOOM and had no problems with the WiFi..... Great location, about 3-5 minute drive to the ocean, on several days I took a break from work to watch the sunrise!!! Not far to the parking lot for a great beach & then a 1 hour hike, supermarket is close. About a 30 drive to Hilo, we were going to Hot Yoga Hilo everyday and bought fresh fruit & veggies from the farmers market. While on the Big Island make sure to visit the Markets! Hilo has a daily market, a big market on Wed & Sat, there is a Maku (Pahoa) market on Sunday and more, make sure to do an internet search. No problems with the hot water (who does not like a hot shower in the morning..... We had such a great time that we extended our stay which the host nice enough to extend for us...... Security lock was easy to use so you did not have to use keys, only negative if arriving @ night make sure to bring a flashlight as it is super dark but other than that when we come back we are looking forward to staying at the house again MIke

Our home away from home

A very nice stay, we have stayed at this house several times already and each time we check in the house is clean and love it that they have water to last the trip. When we go on trips to Hilo this is this is the first house we search for.

I was searching for property in this area for some time. The first time i set foot on this property i knew instantly it was a special place. With the ancient mango trees and the natural formation of the land it is a very special place to me. I built this house from the ground up with help from friends and family. I hope that you will appreciate and respect it as if it was your own

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Everything here is unique and custom. This is not a package home. Every detail was carefully thought out and created by hand. All the hard wood is local and hand made. The cabinets and front door are made from one of the rarest woods in the world. I have spent my life saving up enough to create what we enjoy today. The hardwood floor and trims are another local hardwood that i really love. Thousands of hours were spent on the custom features of my home. I hope you enjoy.
