Beau Coast

Cute neighborhood, quiet, lots of amenities, friendly people. Property was clean, did see several roaches during our stay tho, grill was not usable, easy access to the waterfront area, bit far from beaches if that’s important to you.

Beautiful home

Great home and neighborhood. We fished at the dock and were close to downtown beaufort to enjoy the restaurants and ferry. The home is grogeous and was comfortable for the 6 adults that stayed

Immaculate house. Fantastic location and amenities.

We visit Beaufort a couple times a year and are familiar with many of the rentals available. This planned community with all the amenities was our first experience and ranks on top. House was an easy walk to the clubhouse, pool and private dock on Taylor Creek. The included GOLF CART IS A MUST for your visit to Beaufort. Ty was an excellent host,,, very responsive.

This home is exceptional! So many amenities! Great location within the development too, close to the pool and recreation hall. Wonderful communication with the owner as well.

Great place for family vacation!

This Beau Coast home was the perfect space for our family vacation (3 couples and 2 toddlers). The community was very clean and offered a relaxing atmosphere. We really enjoyed the awesome pool and workout facilities. The location was only a couple of blocks from Front St - Downtown Beaufort. The owner promptly replied to my questions. Thanks Ty! We really enjoyed our week at your home!

What a lovely spacious place!

This home was way prettier in person than the photos! It was extremely clean, in a very nice neighborhood, not too far from anything. Very spacious Primary BR, Primary bath & huge closet, nice granite top kitchen & full appliances. We were visiting family that has a home on Taylor’s Creek so were very close. Only negative was no TVs in any bedroom including master but we weren’t there much anyways.

Great family vacation spot!

We had a wonderful week in Beaufort. This home had everything we needed for our family of 5 (with 3 teenagers). Very clean, well appointed, comfortable beds/pillows, and plenty of space for relaxing during downtime. Neighborhood is charming, quiet, and welcoming. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and clubhouse. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking/eating in. Location was perfect for day trips to the beaches and just a few minutes drive to downtown Beaufort for boating and paddling excursions, shopping, and restaurants. Host was very responsive and helpful with local recommendations for dinning/groceries. Check in/check out was easy and efficient. Would definitely choose this property again!

Wonderful!!!!

We all enjoyed our stay at this house! The house is very clean, bright, and spacious! The master bedroom and bathroom is very large and the living room and kitchen are a great space too. The side porch is where we hung out in the evening and the neighborhood is quiet. And the house is close to the community pool (which was amazing too!) The host is great and quick to return my questions. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great family space & location

The property was in a nice neighborhood and presented as safe. My daughter and niece safely went out at night alone and we didn’t need to worry. The pool was nice and close as well. We didn’t use the kayak but we loved the golf cart, it was worth the extra money. The space was beautiful and the photos do not do it justice! It was far more than we expected. Nicely decorated and the set up was great. Allowed for adults to have some quiet with the kids on the other side of the house. Kitchen was well equipped and met our needs perfectly. The furniture is great and the beds were very comfortable!! We also loved the outdoor seating area!! My only two notes is that the bedrooms didn’t have TVs which would have been nice after a long night at the beach to lay and bed and watch some tv. The only other thing is one of the scooters battery was dead so the kids couldn’t ride together, they were a bit let down with that. We will although likely be returning next year! It was a great family vacation spot!

Great home in Beaufort.

We enjoyed our stay at Ty’s home. Super clean and had all amenities listed. Such a great place. Fully stocked kitchen. We kayaked from the dock nearby and used the pool and grill at the community center/pool area. We hope to come back again next year.
